If you're looking for a plumber, look no further than Atlantis Plumbing! Brandon did an amazing job! He was also very nice and left everything very clean. We are new to Atlanta and I found this company on Google reviews. You always take a chance with someone new, but from the first inquiry speaking with Cristiana until we squared away what needed to be done, everyone I spoke to was so nice and so helpful! Thank you Robbie, Carol, Alex, Cory and Ivy!

Our toilet flooded at Prestige Jewelers a couple days ago. We contacted Cody with Garrett Mechanical yesterday, and he came out first thing this morning…on a Saturday and on Valentine’s Day!! He and his partner quickly found the clogged pipe, replaced the toilet, and had everything handled efficiently and professionally. Great communication, no stress, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Thanks to Cody, we can keep our diamonds sparkling and our floors dry. Highly recommend Garrett Mechanical!

Dylan was exceptionally great with customer service and helping out with a sewer line that was damaged in my yard. He was knowledgeable and friendly as well as helpful in managing costs and best case scenarios decisions for the project in my home. I highly recommend him and his team for any plumbing needs!!

UPDATE: I have tried contacting the owner several times. Immediately they say "Mike is out today. He will call you tomorrow." They are not interested in making it right AT ALL. I am just ignored after they ran away with my money. I found out this job shouldn't have even been $5000, much less $13,000! I am now having to file legal charges for fraud instead of spending time with my brother. They even blocked my number when I tried to reach out again today! SCAM!!!! Run away from this company. I called for a simple pipe change under my kitchen sink. Not only did they want to charge $1000.00 for that, they said they are "required" to check the whole house, making it sound as if it's a legal requirement. They said all my pipes were bad and scared me to death. My brother lives with me, and is dying of Stage 4 cancer. Keith, the sales person, knew this and went ahead with the scare tactics. We agreed to the work, even though I told them I didn't have that kind of money. He said I had to get it done. He showed me a monthly fee, not the total. I had to ask for the total. I feel they took advantage of me in a very vulnerable time. They did some work, then called my husband repeatedly to sign off on the work even though we weren't home. Joe threatened to not finish if he didn't sign it right then. They also pressured us to sign the loan docs before they got started. It was AGGRESSIVE! I told them I didn't want to do that, and he promised there was a warranty and everything was covered. When I got home that evening, my house was DESTROYED and it's incomplete. I should have known with how aggressive they were being! This is a predatory company that overcharges. I called them and Justin, the manager called me Monday and said they would have a contractor out to make it right. Now I'm getting the runaround. He wrote "He tried to call you several times. I've seen the call log." LIES! No one has called me. I answer every call that comes through due to my brother's care. I asked for his number and he ignored that request. I asked for the owner's phone number. He said "the owner will call you.". I'm clearly being messed with! Please stay far away from this company! I have a feeling the good reviews are fake. The bad reviews are a lot like mine. Now I have to fight the loan and possibly go to court, when I should be spending time with my brother, who has weeks or maybe months left - he is 55 years old. He also has to come home from the hospital to a completely destroyed house. I am devastated. They knew what was going on with my family and only saw dollar signs.

Avoid. We had a plumber from Atlantis come because we wanted a running toilet fixed. He told us we needed a new toilet, which we agreed to, and that he could look at any other plumbing needs/issues while he was there. He looked at our hot water heater and said it looked fine, but that the Thermal Expansion Tank needed to be replaced immediately. We agreed, and they said they would return a few days later for both jobs. The plumber who came for the actual replacement (different guy) replaced the toilet and when he looked at the Hot Water Heater said it looked like it needed to be replaced very soon. We told him what the previous person (who worked at the same company) told us, which was different. He then started to backtrack a little and said, "Well, not IMMEDIATELY." As you can imagine, I was a bit suspicious. Who was telling the truth? We said we wanted just to get the thermal expansion tank as we had agreed to, and he completed the job. Not a week later, we started to see brown water come out of our bathtub faucet, and my husband decided to call a different plumber for assessment. The plumbers who came said the thermal expansion tank was installed incorrectly, which immediately voided its warranty. He said, "This is mounted wrong and it should have never been screwed directly into the hot water heater". Also, the previous plumber (Atlantis) had adjusted our PSI to over 100 and had not readjusted it back to where it belongs (somewhere between 65-75) - this is incredibly dangerous and it's a miracle we didn't have a flood. It cost us a good amount of money to fix what Atlantis did, and we will never use them again. Beware.

This company is one to watch out for. After having a miscommunication with another plumbing company due to a critical leak, I called these guys who claimed to do leak detection. I confirmed multiple times that they do this as its what I needed. I was assured. Well they don't and found that out after they wanted to go through my house and ask about the water heater etc. etc. They came out and did an inspection of my entire home as a "standard". In truth, its a scam to up-sell. Eventually, one of the nicer guys was able to get a leak detection company they work with scheduled for the next day. They then proceeded to build two proposals to fix my leak. One was entirely new lines in and outside throughout to "stay up to code" (a lie). This was $25k. The other was to only replace the outside...but required a new main at the house which was nearly $12k. I declined to sign the proposal on the spot as I wanted a leak detection done first. We agreed and they left. Today I called because the leak detection company never showed up. Guess what? They had the office cancel the leak detection because I did not sign the proposal. Another "miscommunication" they called it. Little did they know I already had quotes on the plumbing to replace my lines or do a repair. The other quotes to do a full outside line replacement topped out at $3600. Trash company that used their "licensing" , "code compliance" and "standard service assessment" to misdirect and lie for the sake of sales. They are the reason multiple quotes and digging into questions is key. DO NOT USE THEM!

OMG, I wished I had read the negative reviews. I had a slab leak and they didn't give me the price to fix just that, they did the upsell to replace all the poly pipes to code. They didn't do a good job with the sheetrock and then sent their 3rd party sheetrock vendor who ruined my house with mud and paint splattered on appliances, new hot water heater, etc., my washing machine hose is stuck to the wall where they shoved it into the wet paint, and the greatest is they did the sheetrock and mudded AND then painted over it the same day without letting it dry so I have yellow outlines on the ceiling in the family room, dining room, and kitchen. Oh, and let me mention they were going to reuse the same sheetrock and reinstall into the ceiling and walls (yes, for real!!) I told them absolutely NOT and made them take it to discard. The owner Mike Chastain insists on seeing the damage even though I sent photos over and 2 of his plumbers had to come and fix the leaking vanity from the sheetrock contractor and they took tons of photos as well - AP/Mike actually proposed having the same sub-par sheetrock company come fix the damage they created as their resolution. Are you kidding me!! What, so they can create MORE damage. Horrible customer service from their mgmt team!!! Avoid this terrible company, do not get sucked in like I did as it will cost you!

Wonderful!! They are absolutely wonderful, upfront pricing, honest workers, punctual, I will continue to recommend them to everyone in Bridgemill! We are relatively new to the neighborhood (Dec 2017) and had some weird pools of water in our garage. I looked around for a good plumber and found these guys on Facebook. I know all too well when businesses offer "Free" service calls, they end up trying to sell you on something crazy expensive or they nickel and dime you. These guys advertised an $80 service Call and that's what we were charged. No hidden fees, no nickel and dime charges, no up-selling, they showed up, tightened a couple of fixtures to the pipes inside the master bathroom wall and Voila! Problem solved! No more pools of water in the garage! I also walked them through the basement and had them look at a few areas of concern. They told me everything was great and that I could rest easy. Seriously, such a relief when a business doesn't take advantage of clients. Especially being that I'm a stay at home mom, I really appreciate the honesty. I can't tell you how sick it makes me when male owners or workers show up at your house, and act like because you're a female, you must have a lower IQ than them. Thank you, Absolute Plumbing for employing hard working, honest people!

Incredible service. I had a leak in the laundry room and assumed it was the washer. I called an appliance tech, who found a minor drip in the water hose but said the amount of water suggested a bigger issue...possibly inside the walls. He recommended calling a plumber. That’s when Emmanouel (Manny) from Atlantis showed up. I told him what the appliance tech said. Before opening any walls, Manny wanted to rule out the washer itself. He’d seen a leaky drum issue with a neighbor’s machine and didn’t want to jump to conclusions. Smart move. He opened the back panel and quickly noticed water drip during operation. After an hour of careful inspection, he pinpointed the source: ABOVE the hose connection, coming from the washer. The very leak the appliance tech missed. Here’s the kicker: he didn’t charge me for the diagnostics. He also recommended a temporary solution. A low-profile pan to catch the occasional drip. If that buys me time before a bigger fix, I’ll take it. Manny was professional, prompt, and thorough. He made the right call by investigating fully before taking invasive steps, and he did it all without charging me. That kind of honesty and care is rare.

They don’t know what they are doing. The plumber stated that I had a metal object in my pipe that he said and assured me that was causing the blockage. Showed me a picture of something he said was metal. He said oh it’s struck there that why it caused the blockage. We bought this new home four years ago. I said to himare you sure? He said yes. I told him 4 years struck there and now it does that. That makes no sense. He said well I’m sure that what it is. Gave me over $600 bill and wanted over $1000 more to remove what’s he’s claiming plus he said I would have to hired Sheetrock person to replace the holes in the ceiling that he would of made. I hired someone else. That person shows me the pipe and it was a brown tape like leafy thing which wasn’t a metal object at all. I was disgusted. All that money down the drain. These folks don’t know what they are doing. There was no metal object !!! That didn’t caused that. Pipes are clear. They also made a huge mess water all over my ceiling and floors. The other person stated that could have been avoided if they would have easy vaccumm all water from tub and shower which they didnt . They only vaccumm toilet

We had an intake line burst in the water heater closet in the house just before midnight recently (not due to freezing). With water spraying into the closet, we quickly called around looking for a 24-hour plumber with decent ratings. Several of the more recognizable names in the area were not 24-hour, but Atlantis dispatched Tony S. with a 40-minute arrival time. Tony arrived, quickly assessed the situation and got the water shut off. Then, he went to work to replace the section of pipe. Suspecting a pressure problem, he ran those checks as well, ultimately finding the burst section of pipe was old and had weak or damage spots and the pressure was fine. He did point out some changes we might consider (previous owner had self-installed this water heater), but there was no high-pressure or dire warnings just to secure more work. Tony was fast, friendly and got us back in business. We may have a new go-to plumber.

Let me tell you! It’s so hard to find good, experienced, reliable, Service repair people! We had a suspected laundry/Washer leak and had a repair guy come out for $120 this man told me it wasn’t the washer it was in the wall! He charged me and told me to call a plumber. I called Atlantis on my neighbors suggestion and based off reviews. Manny came out and he said off his 20 years experience he was sure it was the washer and not in the wall. This man opened my washer up took a full hour and found the leak in the washer. He saved me so much grief and it wasn’t even his actual job. The best part THE BEST PART! He didn’t even charge me. The company said we were good to go! I was flabbergasted! I am so grateful. These days it’s just not heard of and I will shout out Atlantis and Manny to anyone who needs plumbing services. I’m looking for problems just to hire them. 🤣 Thank you Manny! Thank you Atlantis

UPDATE: Had to call out their services again and Brian Miller was amazing. Thorough, caring, and incredibly knowledgable. So thankful to have crossed paths with this company and Brian especially. I cannot say enough great things about the people who work for Atlantis! After noticing our huge water bill we figured we must have a leak. Chris Massey was out the same day to take a look and answered all of my questions (I had a lot). A crew was at my house 10am the next day, did great work and minimized the damage to my yard. Here is the kicker, when they hit a totally unforeseeable snag they didn't have excuses or new bills, they came out the very next day to make it right and took care of it. This was more man power and more time, yet they were diligent and didn't charge me extra for the work. Chris, Lupe, and Cody are the best! I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

The Bathtub faucet had a leak. Technician David, from Absolute Plumbing came to diagnose the issue. After he went to his truck for a O ring to place on the cartridge which goes in the wall. The leak appeared to stop while he was there but as soon as he left it returned. All he said was that we were going to have to replace all the plumbing in the wall, almost $1k and once he made the hole in the wall I had to repair it, he named other shot-in-the-dark parts he wanted me to buy. For him to do the work, I had to pay $100 for the parts, with no guarantee for the work. He charged us $100 for an O-ring after the $50 diagnosis ($150), for the problem which was NEVER corrected. It was a $4 replacement part that was needed, to stop the leak from ACE Hardware, which I corrected myself, and I am not a plumber. I do not appreciate the dishonesty.

I had an underground leak that was terrible. I talked to multiple companies, including my home warranty service and Bryan with Atlantis plumbing was by far the best. It felt like I had problem after problem between the leak and my water meter messing up right in the midst of trying to actually start the repair. Bryan allowed me to call him to ask any questions I needed BEFORE I even told him I was definitely going to go with Atlantis for the repair. He worked with me and helped me to come up with the best solution possible for a pretty expensive job. I would highly recommend this company. Every person I spoke to was super professional, friendly, and informative. Thank you guys for doing a great job with my new outdoor water lines. I will definitely being using Atlantis plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
