AM/PM Plumbing & Heating Inc

I have relied on AM/PM plumbing for several years, for small home jobs. They have always been responsive, and their work has been top notch. Had a couple of times that I experienced frozen pipes, and Mitch and his crew were right there. Though plumbing prices ain't cheap, I find their prices in line with other plumbing outfits. AM/PM Was super responsive, reassuring, and knowledgable...what else can you want?! After multiple visits with another company, Scott (first time out), figured out the ongoing issue with my 8 year old Bosch boiler (a part just needed to be cleaned!), fixed it, and was on his way. I can't recommend them enough.

I had to place a last-minute call on Halloween afternoon about some work that came up when we were redoing our roof. Scott called me back just before the end of day and help me to troubleshoot a problem right over the phone. This could have easily turned into a full-blown service call. We had found a random pipe that was old looking and vented outside. I literally sent Scott a picture on my phone of the issue and he reassured me that the problem was benign. That having been said, even if an issue arises in the future, I know I could easily call and I would feel very comfortable working with Scott and his team again. I was blown away by this level of responsiveness and professionalism . Thanks am /pm!

I have worked with Mitch (and Scott) for YEARS. Always impressed with their quick response--either the day I call or soon thereafter. The latest problem was a puddle in the (normally dry) basement. Mitch had a variety of ideas--and these included the city DPW (which was just in the process of cleaning out the pipes in the street). The problem ultimately required Scott to come out with the very long snake to clean out my sewage pipe. Mitch (and then Scott) worked quickly and efficiently. And were cheerful the whole time. And the basement is now dry! Just lovely.

Thanks to AM/PM Plumbing for yet another prompt and professional service call. Mitch is always responsive to our calls and today Scott came to repair a valve to an outdoor faucet, and in addition, he gave me some advice on a bathroom faucet issue I've been dealing with. I can always count on AM/PM for great service!
