Had my water tank go on me this past weekend memorial weekend at that! But fortunately i was covered 100% by warranty and tandem mechanical was the company the insurance sent my way Viktoria was great in communication with me explaining everything from start to finish even offered to come in on that very same weekend her crew of guys please don’t be taken back they are young but very smart educated and well prepared for the job very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to get the job done Sam took over and he finished the job due to one of the guys who had to leave early (no waiting he did not leave or stopped working until Sam got there)Sam took his time and made sure everything was put back in order he was kind enough to accompany me to the store to make the exchange return yesterday was very hot he did not once complained very patient and i think that is very important in jobs like these. I will be using them again i couldn’t be happier with their service from start to finish thank you all! Keep up the amazing work!

When you only have one bathroom, having a toilet issue on a Saturday afternoon is a catastrophe. Nobody was working. Except Josh. Tandem got there in 40 minutes and had my toilet fixed 20 minutes later. I give my highest recommendation.

Tandem mechanical did a fantastic job of coming to clear a sewer pipe that had been backed up for days. Josh the owner was kind, responsive and communicative. He came the day we called and I could not be more grateful. I would highly suggest Tandem mechanical for all your plumbing needs.

Amazing company. New home owners as of July 2024. House was built in the 1950's. As of this point they have: - installed water pressure reducer - fixed shower valve - replaced shower pipes - replaced some pipes in the basement - fixed our Navien tankless water heater - about to call them to replace another piece of pipe in the basement Every one of their employees that have visited have been top notch. Friendly. Knowledgable. Transparent. Unbelievably impressed. So impressed that they have been, and will continue to be, who we call for all our needs related to what they offer. Thank you so much Tandem. Definition of a great company. I'm sure they will be around for a long time to come.

We had our cold water, not working on our second floor, I called and the woman who answered the phone said all we had to do was run hot water and it should be good. Sure enough that worked. I appreciate how they could’ve easily said “oh we’ll be right over” and charge you some money but instead they did the right thing and had us fix it ourselves. sign of a good business to me. I’ll be sure to call with them at any future plumbing issues arise.
