Even better, they provided me with a more reasonable quote than anyone else I had spoken to. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Communication was quick, direct, and made scheduling the appointment effortless. They arrived the very same night—within the hour which was honestly a huge relief. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed and clearly explained everything that was going on with my pipes. They were able to unclog the drains from the main system efficiently, and also walked me through what caused the issue, how to handle it if it happens again, and how to prevent it in the future. What really stood out to me was how incredibly friendly and easy they were to communicate with. They made the whole situation feel a lot less stressful and helped me feel at ease the entire time. It was Sunday afternoon around 3 PM. One of my tenants called to say their only bathroom toilet was having issues. I called All Drains Emergency Plumbing. Miles/Plumber answered his phone! I gave Miles the address and he arrived at the house in less than1 hour! Miles resolved the toilet problem and even checked the other drains at the property. He texted video of the repair. On a Friday night my shower would not turn off. On Saturday I tried to change out the cartridge and the stem pulled out. Now I had an emergency since I couldn’t turn the water back on until it was fixed. I called all drains, explained the situation, was given an estimate over the phone (which hardly ever happens), and Miles, the plumber was there in about one hour. He started the job by trying the least expensive repair. He then proceeded to fix the shower and due to faulty parts supplied by the hardware company he had to spend over six hours troubleshooting. He was at the house working for about seven hours and charged me exactly the price he quoted me on the phone. Miles is a dedicated individual and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend him for your next plumbing repair.

Communicates arrival time before coming. Miles was professional, kept the work area clean and was determined to get to the root cause of our issue.
