The Patriotic Plumbing Team knows their stuff! They are professionals through and through! and they made sure everything was as clean as they found it! A total sewer replacement meant a team effort for many days. Everyone on the teams showed courtesy and kindness and explained and answered all my questions. As a daughter of a plumber, I know an outstanding plumber and a reputable plumbing company when I meet them! I will always call Patriotic when I have any plumbing needs. They earned my trust!

They came and honored their offer to unclog the drain for the advertised 50.00. They went the extra mile and had a second guy come out and run a camera down the line. Andres was the man he snaked out the line going into the house and out to the main. Very much appreciated getting me up and running again. This was a seriously helpful necessity.

I only gave 5 stars because I couldn't give ten. Excellent company, extremely knowledgeable, first class treatment. I live in Northen Az and received no less than ten bids on my sewer repair. Eric arrived and walked me through the entire process being extremely patient. Once complete, I was presented with a bid that was thousands less than any of my previous bids. Twenty hours later a crew with equipment and very personable staff (Levi and DJ) arrived and started the dig. Eight hours later the job was complete with very minimal downtime (3 hours) to my sewer line. I am truly impressed with the scope of job and how easy this company made it seem. After dealing with the other so called plumbing experts its reassuring to know true professionals in this line of work still exist. Excellent service all the way around! We had a very challenging main sewer line replacement, and the owner, Jason, drove up (a two hour drive) and assessed the job himself. He explained the whole process and gave us a very good estimate. The two plumbing techs, Alex & Alex, were on time, courteous, hard working and NEVER gave up on a very tough situation. They kept looking for options and answers, and were never disappointed on all the tough challenges thrown at them. From boulder after boulder getting in the way while digging, to their hydraulic machine having wrong adapters, to having to replace the machine with a different, stronger one, to running into a retaining wall that just kept the job from being as smoorh as they were used to. They worked excellent together, and used the equipment their company provided them with, and the training they were provided, to the best of their abilities, to come out successful on this job. What should have taken a half day, took 3 full days and they NEVER gave up, or thought the job would not get finished...as we did. I must say, we were skeptical because we had never hear of this process, but are now sold on it and on this great company that took incredible care of these two retired seniors living up in the mountains. This company should be very grateful and proud on the representation these employees have provided, including the young lady who answers the phone, very professional, understanding, and problem solvers.
