Able & Willing Plumbing & Sewer

Highly recommend Able &Willing .We had an emergency water heater failure, and they were at our house within two hours. The technician, Chris was knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issue, and installed a new unit the same day. He kept the work area clean and was very respectful of our home.

Highly recommend Able &Willing, they were quick to return our call. The guys took pride in the work they did for us. Chris,Scott and the entire crew worked together well and got the job taken care of promptly. The company owner was very pleasant and answered all of our questions.

The ending of 2025 has been challenge, not being able to trust people being a major factor. I’d gone without running water over a week due to the negligence of a previous “plumber” and I use that term loosely. Exhausted, desperate, yet determined and faithful I went searching the internet for a plumber. I stumbled across Todd from Allied Water Services, I told Todd all I was going through and he got me in touch with Albe & Willing plumbing, shortly after our call, Able does heating too!. Bob, Chris and Ethan came out the next day, 2 days before the new year and before the new year we had running water again. Not only did I need them for plumbing, I had some duct work that needed to be done. I noticed after the duct work the flow of heat into my den area more than doubled, that was the coldest room in my home. I’d been losing heat in my wall. Appreciative is an understatement. The same day they came out, they were getting to work within 30mins of their proposal, Albe & Willing, I love the name and it’s true! Chis and Bob, professional, knowledgeable and confident men. They knew what they were doing! Ethan, that extra pair of hands, always a great thing to have. The second day another pair of hands showed up to jump in and help out, thanks Mike! I highly recommend!

Would not recommend!! Still having issues from when they came and “fixed” our plumbing. Had them out numerous times to fix a leaking toilet and shower. Sometimes they would show up, sometimes they wouldn’t. Amanda was doing her best communicating and I don’t blame her but the workers were not reliable. The time before they last came, there was an employee who was a retired union plumber. He looked at the previous work done by their other employees and said it would need to be taken out and redone AGAIN. The next time they came to redo it, they sent 4 people including Chris the owner. I was informed that the previous guy was let go, and that my plumbing did NOT need to be redone. We went on with finishing the subfloor, tile, and shower insert. After it was all done, it took about 3 days and the leak started again. I reached out, and nothing. They did not come back & at that point I didn’t want them to either. I had them at my home at least 6 times doing work that they assured me was correctly done. I have since had new plumbers come and look at the leak. They found that the new pipes Able put in our shower were never saudered together, and that the new plumbing Able put in for our toilet did not have any glue where the pvc connected. Save your time, money, and sanity and go somewhere else! If I could give zero stars I would.

Another job by Able & Willing Plumbing Plumbing and my satisfaction with their work can not be over stated. They work efficiently and are detail oriented. I am particularly impressed with Chris Iguarta and Chris Mrdalj - totally called them Chris and Chris - but seriously, this is about the sixth or seventh job they have done on my house and every time I get a quality job at a decent price. Mostly small to mid sized jobs so far but I am going to need them to jet my sewer lines and replace all the supply pipes in my house and apparently to them that is a "No Problemo boss man"" sized job. These guys are great and have a great semse of humor and kindness with my family. They also clean up after themselvrs which my wife appreciates. Last job was a high end dishwasher install and Chris totally carried the old one out to his truck all by himself and goes "I will put it by the dumpster and one of the scrapper guys will recycle it." Guys you are a class act, you dont take life too seriously... but you are serious workers with a good future. Good to see home town Kankakee Valley guys making a business here. Wasnt the first time you helped me out of a jam and I and the missus appreciate it!
