“We live in a mobile home and the water heater went out. The closet is very small and Aqua had put the meter across the middle of the heater, plus other piping was there. All had to be removed to get the water heater out. Two plumbers turned the job down. Then Scott from Neptune called and came out. He would do it and came back the next morning with the new heater. The job was a nightmare, but Scott kept going. …”
