We live in a mobile home and the water heater went out. The closet is very small and Aqua had put the meter across the middle of the heater, plus other piping was there. All had to be removed to get the water heater out. Two plumbers turned the job down. Then Scott from Neptune called and came out. He would do it and came back the next morning with the new heater. The job was a nightmare, but Scott kept going. Thanks to him and his determination, the job got done. Thanks Neptune plumbing.
Jeff always goes over and above for his customers. He serviced and maintained the plumbing at my previous school. I would highly recommend his company for your plumbing needs. He cares about doing quality work, and about serving his community.

Great service! Called them tonight (Tuesday evening) at 8pm with a water leak in my basement, after calling several other local companies with no response. Scott came by within 30 minutes. Fixed the leak that was caused by 2 nails from wood floor installation! Very polite and helpful!
Jeff and his team did phenomenal work on our kitchen sink clog. I highly recommend them. The best part about it is they stayed there to ensure every step and detail of the process was completed before they would leave. Thanks guys!!
