Wisler Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric

We had electrical work done in June 2026 in Salem, VA. We moved into a house and changed 3 light fixtures. Shane Atkins was the very experienced electrician who performed our project. Shane was FANTASTIC complete with a high degree of professionalism, very courteous, paid attention to detail, had tons of patience with the detailed work needed, and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and how to do it!! Just a terrific positive mindset and a pleasure to be working in our home. Shane is a fantastic representative for Wisler. Near the end of the project, Shane had two others (Austin & Brandon) stop by to help and also performed admirably. I highly recommend Wisler for your household projects (plumbing, electrical, or HVAC)!

The experience with Marlin from Wisler was great. From the beginning i could tell i could trust him and his expertise. We sorted out the issues and got my gas line ran and a leak fixed. When my water heater acted up after he left, he came back and knew what was wrong right away -an easy fix with the pilot light. We scheduled a water heater install with them asap as well. Very good service at the office and by the technician. The price was stated up front, but it wasnt cheap…but i felt like he and the team/company are trustworthy.

We were very happy with Isaiah. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took measures to maintain a clean work environment while in our home, and did a great job cleaning up when he was done. I'll be calling Wisler again the next time I need a plumbing job done from a company I can trust.

Michael Thorne with Wisler was very thorough with our recent A/C system maintenance. He did a great job explaining potential issues versus couple items that needed immediate attention. He is very knowledgeable and even came back for an emergency issue the next week with A/C system and had our air back on very quickly. He is so easy to talk to and doesn’t mind answering lots of questions. Highly recommended!

While not the cheapest, Wisler is always prompt, courteous, and efficient. There is definitely so.ething to be said for a group that always has technicians ready when there is a need, and they have always done top quality work. Prompt attention and quality results are worth paying for. Isaiah did great work for us today.
