Patrick was on time and presented professionally. He was polite and communicated clearly answering all my questions. He worked efficiently. It was clear that there was an obvious, expensive fix available, but he offered an alternative explaining that IF it worked, it would save me considerable money. If he tried and failed, it would cost me a bit extra. He seemed fairly confident it would work. And It did !!! He charged a bit more than I expected using the firm's published prices, but I was happy to pay a small premium for the money he saved me.
So glad I called Waterwork Plumbing! Their ad was in my church paper, and so I contacted them and made an appointment. Bryan was both friendly and informative. I will call them for future plumbing needs. Reasonably priced, too!
Patrick took care of a bunch of items in his visit with us. We were thrilled with his work, the price was reasonable and he was very considerate. Overall, we got a bunch of things done in a short amount of time: New bathroom faucet, new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal hook up, new water filter and faucet, and a bypass/ reroute for my sprinkler system. All work done well and on time. TY Water Work and Patrick.
They've been paid over $5000 in the past month to "clear the drain line from sewer to street" and a sent a video that was falsely showing a clear line which only included video from one of the two access points to sewer drain in my basement. Called out for a second time about a week ago for the second access point to the repair they did, and claimed it was clear for another $399. Now I have water in my basement again and the same line is backing up. Really frustrating experience Updating to 2 starts instead of 1 because they did send someone back out free of charge, however that person was not able to get to the bottom off the issue as to why it keeps clogging right before their repair. It seems like more than a coincidence to me. Either way after a major repair the plumbing should be working flawlessly. I'll be calling Nelson Brothers for a second opinion since they were still unable to find the direct cause of the issue. They actually ended up recommending I use 1 ply and get a water alarm if it happens again, but was unable to tell me why it's already happened 2 times in 2 weeks since they've been there for a major repair. They claim it doesn't have to do with the repair but my line keeps getting clogged in the exact spot right before they did the repair. Either way will definitely not be using them in the future.
WaterWork is incredibly professional and timely. I have hired them several times. From scheduling an appointment through delivering services, they keep their word and are A+. They are the only plumbers I use, and my extended family now uses them too. Great job, team!
