Called out for a second time about a week ago for the second access point to the repair they did, and claimed it was clear for another $399. Now I have water in my basement …”

“Patrick was on time and presented professionally. He was polite and communicated clearly answering all my questions. He worked efficiently. It was clear that there was an obvious, expensive fix available, but he offered an alternative explaining that IF it worked, it would save me considerable money. If he tried and failed, it would cost me a bit extra. He seemed fairly confident it would work. And It did !!! …”
