These guys did a great and quick job! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I highly recommend this company. They did an excellent job. They came the same morning I called for service. We expected to have a new tank installed, but they were able to repair the old one. We appreciated their honesty… they could have replaced the hot water tank just to make more money. The repairmen were very nice and professional.

Thank you Valley Plumbing! My sink recently fell into my bottom cabinet, and they came out and fixed it!

They came out to fix leak and replaced two valves. There was much corrosion to hot water side that was ignored. It was still leaking so I called them back. They replace corroded copper and charged me 3 hours work for 1 hour and 50 minutes work saying they knocked off $40 dollars off the third hour. My guy doing the construction work laughed at the fact that they couldn’t even level the valves.

it took 2 days to run a snake down my toilet perhaps 6 feet total time 3 minutes total cost 128.67 what is this world coming to???

I was very impressed with this company from scheduling to work upon arrival. This was my first time using these folks and have waited few weeks to review, as wanted to be sure repair continued to be as good as on day 1 and my review would be accurate. All the work they did at my house is fantastic!!! Could not be more happy and relieved to discover these plumbers. James and Bobby were the employees and they were smart, efficient, respectful of my house, honest, and explained clearly what needed done. Did job in cost effective manner. Also with 2 workers on job , it went so much smoother /faster as they could work on my separate issues alone and then team up on any heavy lifting etc parts of each’s jobs. Showed up on time- called ahead with updates on arrival. Highly recommend for water lines, commode, faucets change, tub remodel, garb disposal, gas lines, etc!! Also they service point pleasant area!

I want to apologize for the negative review from Rick Mullins, I am the cause of the review. Rick harassed my family for a year and half until the owner of Valley put a stop to it. The owner is also my landlord, in short, he put a stop to trespassing, kids riding without helmets and standing on the back of a dune buggy, tainted raw chicken with bones put out for my dogs to eat, the lies of co-owning my landlord property, and threatening to shot my dog. A narcissist will never take blame for the wrong they have done, I have videos and pictures of the trespassing and harassment.I apologize for the review from someone who was in the wrong to begin with. Valley Plumbing has brought peace to us, thank you for standing up instead of ignoring the torture we ensured.

I called Valley Plumbing due to having a clogged main sewer line. I called them after a few days of trying to troubleshoot this myself. By the time I called them, the whole system was very backed up. They were able to send someone out the same day. I called at 0830 and they were able to get someone scheduled and at the house for that afternoon. They worked for 3 hours until they (and myself) were happy with what they had to do. At the 1.5 hour point they thought they had it and were packing their equipment up, when we found something else. With no complaining they just went back to work for another 1.5 hours. They were very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again if ever I need plumbing services.

I was disappointed in this company . I believe I was overcharged for this visit. They charged me for excess drive time, from another location (not their shop that was very close to my house). They claim to have 1:45 hours time on the job, but that rounds up to 2:00 hours. Plus $65 for a part that should cost about 20$. They also did not tighten up everything (they opened items that did not need to be touched) and thus the shower head was left leaking. Also did lot leave me a detailed receipt. And it took three days for them to respond to my complaint/call.

It is so unfortunate that a plumping service forgets that they represent themselves in and around the public service. Being professional in person just as being professional in a business spends throughout the professional trade and community. The owner of this business doesn't conduct himself in a professional manner. He is rude, confrontational and challenges his friends, neighbors, customers and acquaintances. He has a very evil side, that sparks anger and he is one to be feared from near and far.

They were supposed to find and repair my leak however they just pulled two pipes together they didn’t glue it or put anything on the pipe to hold it. It continued to leak the smell kept getting worse so I eventually called another plumber and there is tons of water from the leak valley plumbing was supposed to fix so I wish I could give zero stars because they got paid for doing nothing they take advantage of people so I don’t recommend anyone using this company for any plumbing needs.

I previously wrote a good review about them because them seemed so nice and said my leak was fixed which I assumed was however 2 months later came to find my leak was in fact not fixed and now I have so much water under my house and not to mention a lot of damage. Called to let them know to get someone back to my house and the wife was so rude and hung up on me, now I guess I’ll be going to court. DONT GO WITH THEM.

Amazing service and so easy to get things done. Came out in the middle of the night to fix damaged pipe from EMS backing into outdoor water hose connection. And then coordinated with county EMS service for repair and followed up with repairs and fixed everything so fast I didn't even notice till days after it was done.

My wife got these people to come to the house while I was at work and they were suppose to fix a pipe, however they did not!! Spent more than 100 dollars for nothing! I do not recommend these people, they don’t care about their customers, the wife is extremely rude and not considerate of their customers!

We have used Valley Plumbing a few times at my office so I knew they were reliable and knew what to do. I had a major sewage back up at my house and called them they made it there that day and cleaned up afterwards! Clean lines and clean bathroom! Lol Highly recommend!!
