“My elderly mother called Al Marino to get an estimate on replacing her water lines on a mobile home. The guy showed up and quoted her the absurd price of $6500. He came back Monday and said he was there to replace her outdoor water valve — would've taken all of 5 or 10 minutes — and he told her it would be $900.”
