10/10 would recommend to anyone in need of plumbing service. Jeremy was an absolute savior! Hot water heater went kaput 2 weeks into a new home. Had a guy from my community come out and take a look. Fixed one part just to realize I needed another part that wouldn’t be in for a few days. The local guy didn’t have connections to assist in changing this scenario and told us we, unfortunately, would have to wait it out. Mind you, it’s dead of winter and the night time temp is in the teens. Cold plunge showers are not feeling great this time a year. I couldn’t wait days, so I googled and found Upgrade and gave it a shot. I called Jeremy in a near panic over having to wait out days more for hot water. He was incredibly kind, understanding of our plight, and dedicated to getting us water that day. He listened and gave us options. We ended up opting for a whole new water heater instead of fixing another problem just to potentially find a new one. He and another worker came out that evening and installed a new system after hours! After two days of no hot water, it was beyond amazing to get it back. Jeremy was incredibly professional, Knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. You don’t come across service like that often. As I said 10/10 would highly recommend!

Can’t recommend Jeremy @upgrade plumbing enough. Super knowledgeable, kind, always helpful to answer my many questions, and he’s prompt. I’ve needed him, unfortunately, many times in the last year (I have 4 properties). He’s always been able to diagnosis or fix the issues…from faulty fixtures leaking in the walls, to connecting a gas range, and burst pipes…he’s fixed all plumbing problems.

Upgrade plumbing is the best! Jeremy and Elijah have done multiple jobs at our house and each time was a great experience. They've updated plumbing in our remodeled kitchen and a new powder room and most recently added a dog wash station in our basement. They pay attention to details and always make sure the job is done correctly at a fair price. Call them, you won't be disappointed!
