UPDATED REVIEW: From a 1 star to 5 star review- I spoke to the owner Nick and appreciate his approach to resolve the issue. Although we had a rocky start, Triton has become my "go-to" sewer/drain contractor. As a business owner and with background in history, I understand mistakes happen. I respect and value a businesses ability to resolve and take accountability for any mistake and I felt that Nick did exactly that. Since the original review, I've worked with Triton many times and plan to continue to do so. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I called triton for a quote because we knew the issue and did not want to spend more for another diagnosis. They insisted this is their procedure and charged $200+ for a sewer scope and explained this would go towards the repair work needed if we went with them so we agreed. Date of service was 2/23/2026 and I never received the USB because the iPad and system was not cooperating but was assured I would receive a YouTube link. I never received a link of the sewer scope as promised. 3/3/2026- followed up via email and was told Nick was working on it. 3/5/2026- followed up again with no response. I’m writing this review on 3/10/2026 and still haven’t heard back. I would not recommend this company and strongly encourage anyone to seek alternate plumbers in the area.

Great experience with their team from scheduling to completion. They send an email once appointment is scheduled and another text when the plumber/tech is on the way. By the cleanest and most organizer plumbers I have worked with- their van is always tidy and the plumbers make the effort to keep the path they use inside clean and clean up the work area as well. I appreciate their thoroughness and transparency in pricing. After working with so many different plumbers and trades, I'd strongly recommend them.

Triton reconnected my sewer line to the main and replaced a significant portion of the line that ran under the street. Every single person I interacted with was very kind, patient, and professional. They were very thorough in their assessment and took their time to explain every step in great detail, including helping me understand what to anticipate the day of the big repair. They were respectful and did a wonderful job! I highly recommend Triton and would not hesitate to reach out to them again for my plumbing needs in the future.

Triton Plumbing did another excellent job at my house today. This time they replaced my hot water tank. Quick and easy to setup appointment and Jason was very professional while doing the job. Highly recommended Triton for all of your plumbing needs.
