Trident Plumbing

This was my first Experience with Trident. It was such a great experience from the time I called on a Thursday morning explaining the urgency as my 92 year old parents live with me. Lachlan Johnson was my technician. I can tell you I am 69 years old and dealt with alot of technicians in my lifetime. He was absolutely a joy to work with. Extremely professional, very thorough in explaining the situation and what needed to be done. Very kind, extremely understanding. Everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend Trident, but this technician was wonderful. I am so thankful a friend recommended me to Trident.

I had a great experience with Trident Plumbing replacing my tankless water heater. Wayne and Gio were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they made sure everything was installed properly and working perfectly before leaving. What could have been a stressful repair turned into a smooth and hassle-free experience because of their excellent customer service and attention to detail. My water heater of 10 years started showing signs that it was ready to give out so I reached out to multiple plumbers/plumbing companies for quotes to replace it with a tankless water heater. Sean from Trident came out and provided me with a free estimate. He took his time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the process. On install day, Sean and Teagan were prompt, courteous, and tidy. They ran a bit over the time they initially quoted, however, it was to ensure the job was done right, which I appreciated. Overall experience was top notch end to end and I would happily recommend them to others.

Our great service began with Tori who got us scheduled quickly and was so very nice. She also communicated with city and gas company to get the inspection and plumbing permit. Then Mark came and found the gas leak. He was very thorough and explained the repair. Mark returned the next morning with Teagan. The work included removing and replacing outside brick, cutting through drywall inside, installing new pipe, and more. The finished work was excellent and they cleaned up the work areas. They did everything they could to help us get our gas turned on before the storm hit. We are so appreciative. They were great.

Highly recommend Trident Plumbing. Excellent customer service and communication. Sean and Keagan were a dream to work with. They talked me through every step of our sewer leak locate and, as a result, I felt empowered to make good decisions. It was a pleasant, low-pressure interaction from start to finish. I've been dealing with plumbing companies for 13 years as a property manager, and this was the best experience I've had. Do your research and get multiple quotes, but in the end you'll be glad you went with Trident.
