Exceptional Service from Start to Finish! We had a fantastic experience with Sergio from Trident Plumbing & Drain. Our journey started during our home inspection while we were still 1,300 miles away, packing for our move. After our general inspector flagged a faulty pressure-regulating valve (PRV), we contacted Trident, and they sent Sergio. He assessed the PRV, inspected a water softener loop that had been unused for over two years, and gave us clear, upfront quotes for both the valve replacement and a new water softener system. Once we closed on the house, we scheduled the work and were thrilled that Sergio came back to complete the job. He finished installing everything today, and the workmanship is excellent. Throughout the process, Sergio was professional, explained everything clearly, and happily answered all of our questions even after the job was done. We were looking for a water softner system for our home. We called Trident and they were able to send out Mike the next morning. He explained all of the options, the differences between them and answered all of my questions. He was so knowledgeable and really nice. He didnt try to push anything on us and gave us some quotes. Mike was able to come back a few hours later and install our softner. The whole experience was easy and quick. We will definitely use Trident again for any plumbing needs.

Summary is High Quality Workmanship and Product along with a very Fair Price. Scheduled an appointment for a blown water heater. Trident was out the next morning for analysis of a tankless unit. Trident spec'd the manufacturer we requested (Navian) and offered a fair proposal - by afternoon Trident had completed a high quality retrofit and installation of a Navien tankless water heater. The work looks outstanding and our installer Quintin did an amazing job sharing information and operating instructions. Quality is my priority and I will absolutely use Trident again!

I wanted to leave an excellent review for the plumber who came out to access and possibly repair our sink. He thoroughly went over all options. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything clearly, and went over our courses of action. With the information provided, we will carefully analyze the best option for us. Always a great experience with Trident plumbing! Their staff, professionalism and quality work are always excellent. I feel like their prices are reasonable and they don’t add in all sorts of fees or up charges. Today, Tyler replaced our water heater and he was professional and very efficient with getting us back up and running. He provided recommendations on how to extend the life of the new unit. Will definitely keep using Trident, give them a try you won’t be disappointed!
