Super fast response to my request, offered to send tech sooner that appointment window, and arrived at my home in the first hour of the window. I am glad I had to wait however as Matt Hurlburt was an amazing individual! Knowledgable, considerate, did the little things that can prevent a future call! And he did not mind this homeowner trailing behind and asking all the questions. Outstanding service -Again- and meets or beats the high standard set on my previous experience with Reddi. I had my AC stop working late in the evening. It was very nerve racking for my family and me. I called Reddi Services that evening and they sent someone out the very next morning. Technician Chris showed up and was very professional and honest with his diagnosis. Chris had the part that was needed on his van and repaired my AC unit. It’s working great now. Very pleased with the persistence and communication overall. I will definitely be using Reddi Services again!

Just had our first scheduled maintenance on our HVAC with technician Chris Shuck. Everything went smoothly. He cleaned and inspected the unit and we signed up for the annual maintenance plan. Good deal, great professional service. We've used Reddi Services for a few years for septic system maintenance and received wonderful and friendly service. When our regular HVAC company flaked on us after 15 years I figured it was a great time to give them a try. Not sorry!

We had Matt and Owen out from the Reddi team to diagnose issues we had with our RO system, and although it was bad news that the system failed and we had to replace it, Matt and Owen were very professional and were able to get us a great price on getting a new one installed! They were very quick and efficient on providing the services, and also let me ask some questions and share some laughs. They also let us throw an additional request with an issue with a faucet at them last minute and they were very happy to help and got that fixed as well! All around a great duo and love having the Reddi team available for all of our needs, best plumbing company in the valley!!
