We agreed and the plumber left to go to Lowe's to buy the part, was gone about 2 hours. Came back installed both toilets and they were crooked. My husband adjusted them the best he could. We had a problem, was told $1300 would fix it, with a two year warranty on the work. $1300 and two visits later we have the same problem, with the addition of an unpleasant conversation with an owner/supervisor who thinks he's doing us a favor by coming out again, adding that another $435 will fix it …”
