They did an HVAC unit install -- 5-ton split system. Chose them over competitors because their project manager was more knowledgeable about what was required. They had many options at every qualify & price. Their installers went above & beyond what was quoted, and I was very happy that they made sure it was right before the job was done. Their lead installer was extremely experienced (though he may have retired recently). The install was challenging, but I am very satisfied with the finished product. I would recommend them.

Luke, Brady, and Gage came today to install our generac home generator. They were all very professional and did an amazing job. They found an unexpected issue with our meter and took care of the issue. I highly recommend Tim Ferguson gor any electrical, plumbing, or air conditioning needs.

They sent Gauge from the plumbing team late on a Friday afternoon. He was super knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Totally re-plumbed my new kitchen sink and faucet actually better than the original. Have been very satisfied over the years with their HVAC team, first time to use their plumbing team. Juan and James did an excellent job explaining everything that needed to be repaired with the pipes under my home. They were clear, thorough, and made sure I understood the situation and the next steps. Because of the severity of the issue, they were able to get a project manager out the same day. They were incredibly considerate of the fact that I have a baby in the home and was in urgent need of running water. Even though the project manager was already busy at other job sites, they made room to squeeze me in due to the urgency of my situation. Within a week, everything was assessed and scheduled, and repairs are set to begin on Thursday. I’m also very grateful that they acknowledged military service, which allowed me to receive a discount. Their customer service, care, and commitment to putting customers first truly stood out. You can tell this is a company that genuinely wants to serve people well and do their best work. I highly recommend them for any plumbing, air, and electrical needs. They also offer great benefits if you sign up for their program. Update: TC , Williams and Charles did a great work re-piping the my home. Even installing an ice maker and showing/telling me where the had to move the hose line and added on to other areas. Great and friendly men who were very thorough and kind to my little one as well! Awesome work!
