Sam made the experience great. He is professional, very experienced, and an all around great guy. He explained the steps he was going to take to resolve our issue and gave us an estimate before he started. He updated us as he worked. We're so relieved. We've had problems with that sink since we moved in, nearly 3 years ago. It's people like Sam, who represent a company and make the customer happy to have chosen that company. Well my experience with this company was good but the Service that TJ Ferguson showed me and how good at what he does did you can't ask for a better person. I can honestly say he was one of the best guys I've ever delt with on any kind of repair situation. They don't make em like him anymore that's for sure. This was a most pleasant experience. The service man came in very cordial. Ran an estimate told me how much it would be ahead of time and how long it would take. He also gave provision just in case you win a little longer that he would let me know all pleasant to the years. The job was completed on time was very impressed with the service man’s courtesy.
