Thompson Brothers Plumbing has been fantastic to work with. They handle the plumbing on our custom homes and consistently do great work. Their team is reliable, communicates well, shows up when they say they will, and the quality is there from rough-in through final. Expensive lesson learned. When we couldn't get cold water, I called Thompson Brothers Plumbing because they initiatively installed our tankless water heater. Aside for showing up at the wrong address, they were prompt. I had my timer on and it took them less than 28 minutes to find the problem which was a blown fuse. Thompson charged $181.25 to replace the blown fuse. I'm raising this to 2stars because they were courteous and left us with an extra 20 cent fuse for the future.
This is the only company that I will use. My mother who is 92 years old had an issue with a toilet backing up into her shower. This is the only bathroom that she has and was so nervous. The person that they sent to take care of her was so kind and took such good care of her. He assured her that he would not leave until he had it all fixed. With me living 40 minutes away it was great knowing that someone was there to make sure that she was taken care of.
