We were introduced to Tennessee Plumbing when they were assigned as our contractor through our home warranty and five stars is simply not enough to show how great they are! They went above and beyond our expectations despite the warranty company being very difficult to work with. Every interaction from the owner to the technician to the staff answering phones was caring, timely, and informative. I’m not so sure we will keep our warranty once it expires, but I am sure that we Tennessee Plumbing has earned a customer for life! Big thanks to Tim, David, Kelly and the rest of the crew for handling our situation with such care, it is rare to get such quality service nowadays.

Perfect disaster relief story. In the process of moving, and get drain backups on the main floor. I called Tennessee Plumbing emergency number and spoke with owner. Responded within 2 hours of calling and quickly resolved the issue effectively and efficiently. Thanks Tim and Michael.

We had an old water line from the street to our house replaced. We also had some inside plumbing updated and the addition of a WiFi leak detection system. Finally an outside gas line was added for our grill. From the first phone call to the end of the project one week later, the service was outstanding. Dave was kind, respectful and very communicative. Whenever a small hiccup occurred he dealt with it and our quote never changed. They even sent someone out to help me setup the WiFi portion of the leak detection system. I would highly recommend Tennessee Plumbing and would not hesitate to call them for any future needs.

From the staff on the phone of my initial call to the professionals that came to my door. They made me feel like they cared. Reputable, Honest, Professional are key words I would associate with their service. Watching them work was poetry in motion...I made the right choice. I will use them again.
