“I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground.”

“Hector came to my house and said water pressure was too low and would fix the problem of having low water pressure at some taps. Showers were fine but some bathroom taps were flowing very little. He wanted to charge me $450 to reinstall main valve to utility and that would fix everything. It did not, and there was no change whatsoever.
