Sam was brought out today to help with what I was told was an HVAC issue by my roofing company. Ends up being the old façade was too rusty and didn’t have a long enough “perch” to go under the shingles. Sam helped us navigate this confusion by talking with us to the roofer to figure out a plan. Without Sam, I could have easily seen us paying far too much to fix a simple problem. Sam and summers will be making the new metal façade and the roofing company will pull up the shingles they need to and seal everything down. Can’t thank Sam enough for his help!!

This guy did a fantastic job coming out on an emergency run, requiring extensive knowledge of heating and cooling especially where gas lines are involved. They were able to get things restored for me and back up and running. Very friendly and priced very fairly.
