Called for air con tune-up. Was told they combine all tune-ups into one day, Friday. They would call at 8:00am Friday to tell me what time. No call till 12:00 just to tell me there was an emergency and they couldn't come. Reschedule? Nope. Call someone reliable.

We paid almost $200 to get our furnace fixed. The serviceman was super nice, but was here all day because he kept going outside to talk on his phone. When he left, he said the issue was fixed. But the next time the furnace kicked on, it was clear he hadn't actually done anything. We ended up calling Mike King and getting a new furnace. My husband called Peterman and asked for a refund, and the customer service person said they'd escalate it to their supervisor. It's been three weeks, and we've still not received a refund.

Didn’t have a very good experience with the guy that come out to do our estimate. Had my dogs put behind a gate and he just went over the gate like he wasn’t worried about the dogs at all and had no trouble with them. So I ended up removing the gate so they could go in and outside as they please. Next thing I know my littlest dog comes running in scared and shaking and having trouble breathing in her snout. As if she were kicked in the front of her face. Of course I had no proof. But then he comes in saying “that brown dog don’t like hard boots she come up trying to bite on my boots and they are hard but I didn’t kick her or anything”. Well first of all why would you offer information that you didn’t kick her if you weren’t guilty of it to begin with. Then after all that it took over 40 minutes to convince him that I could not afford to go with the plans and amount he was charging. I would not recommended him to my worst enemy, just saying. And he’s lucky I don’t have proof he kicked my dog!

Absolutely ridiculous…. Negative stars is what they deserve. They hounded me for 2 years to get a new system installed and I finally did because I had zero heat. They told me that I needed a new unit or wait a week for a new part. With below 20 degrees outside, I had no other option than to get a new unit. That new unit didn’t last 4 hours and I was without heat again…. They said it was a manufacturer defect and it would take them 2 weeks to get the new part. They sent a guy out today and he cannot fix it. Now they can’t get to me for another 2 days…. Wow! I am at a loss with this company!!! Never again!!!!

Buyer beware! This bait & switch company who claims $83 to clean a drain then really charges $191 with a promise of returning the next day to "put a camera down the drain" free of charge. We were told it's clean enough to use which means $191 only did a partial clean out so the next day is more charges. The tech blames the lady answering the phone for not knowing their charges. What a dog & pony show.
