Matt is a skilled and personable plumber. We wouldn't use anyone else.
I initially left a voicemail on a Monday and Matt called me back within a couple hours. He gave me an estimate after I described the problem over the phone. He said he could be here the following morning at 9am and he was on time. He unclogged the sewer cleanout and had it all working within an hour. The cost was what he initially quoted over the phone. Matt gave great service and I highly recommend him to others needing plumbing or sewer work.
Highly recommend. Matt has done an amazing job on everything we have needed fixed and has always been extremely quick to respond.
Partially our fault. Should have gotten more than one estimate. Charged $450 for an little over an hours job that needed a $30 part. Waited until Monday to avoid weekend rate and paid more than we should have anyways.
I asked him to unclog a pipe and seal a leak, he unclogged it but said “the leak would seal on its own” and in case it didn’t, it would be a very long and expensive repair. My husband went to buy teflon tape and sealed the leak in 5 minutes. I ended up paying a high price for unclogging a pipe and my husband only a few dollars for sealing the leak this guy said would be expensive.
