“I initially left a voicemail on a Monday and Matt called me back within a couple hours. He gave me an estimate after I described the problem over the phone. He said he could be here the following morning at 9am and he was on time. He unclogged the sewer cleanout and had it all working within an hour. The cost was what he initially quoted over the phone.”

“I asked him to unclog a pipe and seal a leak, he unclogged it but said 'the leak would seal on its own' and in case it didn't, it would be a very long and expensive repair. My husband went to buy teflon tape and sealed the leak in 5 minutes. I ended up paying a high price for unclogging a pipe.”
