I met Jacob first who set the bar very high by fixing a serious repair at my yoga studio with great ease. I knew I found a wonderful company to do business with! Later, Austin completed a home job which others deemed “an impossible job” with dedication, expertise, professionalism, and kindness that can not compare. Wonderful experience with Wagner Plumbing. Austin is professional and answers your questions and seems to really care about his customer. Wagner Plumbing installed a battery powered back up sump pump. About 4 years later I had them out to change an outdoor spigot from the hot water line to the cold water side. An incorrect hookup they did when my condo was built. I was not home at the time, they sold my wife a new expensive battery for the back up sump (which was not needed) and absconded with my perfectly good (4 year old) deep cycle, expensive battery. It is disappointing when a contractor that claims to be Christian, even has Bible verses written on the truck, is so dishonest.

Steve Wagner and his sons have been taking care of all of my plumbing needs for a few years. I have major sump pump issues and he has been amazing in helping me solve my problems. Many of my neighbors who live in the same condo complex also use Wagner Plumbing. Steve is an honest, dependable, caring person. I recommend him without any reservations.
