Marcos Martinez was very helpful. He went over all our options for repair. My solar heater piping was leaking somewhere causing a leak in my garage. The repairs were done quickly and in the same day. We ended up going back to electric so we didn’t need to rip apart our walls to replace the pipes. My home already has PV so that the blow reverting back shouldn’t be so bad. Marcos also installed a new pressure valve bell since our was old and missing the adjuster screw it’s a 30yr old home. I highly recommend Steve’s plumbing and if you get Marcos you’re in luck. He smiles a lot and it makes your plumbing issue not so gloomy.

Obi was the absolute best!! Very knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and informative, mostly polite and friendly A great guy. It was a fair price for the work that was done I will definitely use them again and I have scheduled my semi annual maintenance with them. They are the best

A huge mahalo to Ka’ilwai (tech) and Steve’s for the immediate action and servicing of our water heater leak. Ka’illiwai was prompt, professional and made it happen. I hope I don’t have to call again, but I will if I have to.

Kaalai and Kameron were very friendly and knowledgeable. They clearly explained what they were going to do and thoroughly reviewed the pros and cons of the three estimates they provided. Kaalai was especially knowledgeable and demonstrated a strong understanding of his work. Both employees are valuable assets to your company. I gave the experience 4 stars because the cost was very expensive. While I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise provided, the price was higher than I expected. Thank you, Cathy

Kaalai was very nice and personable! He tried to save me money and he got the job done quickly and successfully. It was nice to get a plumber out the same day! Mahalo nui loa! It was quite expensive though. Ryan, the master technician that oversees everything, was also extremely Aloha! He called me personally before anyone was to come to my home. He was very pleasant and offered his assistance if I needed anything. 😊 Mahalo nui loa to Ryan as well. What a great team!
