My condo unit’s tankless water heater lost power on a Saturday morning. Called All Aloha Plumbing and they were at my door steps within an hour. The problem was immediately diagnosed and the entire unit had to be replaced. Within a few hours, All Aloha Plumbing installed a new tankless water heater unit. I was so impressed with the service. Kenny is a knowledgable person with excellent customer service skills. Kenny the plumber and Greg the dispatcher at All Aloha Plumbing made my experience as smooth as possible. Kenny works longs hours, whatever it takes to get the job done correctly. Kenny was also very responsive to phone calls, taking them immediately or getting right back to me and even took calls after hours. His work space was very clean and well organized. He was polite, professional and very thorough. I observed him being patient and respectful to other coworkers, both in-person and over the phone. While multi-tasking, he kept a steady, positive attitude. Because of Kenny and some very helpful dispatchers, like Greg, I had a good experience with this company. Greg was also a star to deal with; consistently very positive and kind and responsive to my customer needs and accomodated my schedule changes with ease.

Excellent service from start to finish. Responded fast, diagnosed the backup of sewage and fixed the plumbing issue right away and the cost was very fair. Everyone was courteous and professional. Would definitely use All Aloha Plumbing again and recommend them to others. Also they cleaned and left the area spotless and smelling good again!
