There were some challenges but they stepped up and resolved. Gave them a chance to do some work on my AC but they dropped the ball in getting a fan motor and the work done timely. “I had Stan’s out on 9/12/25 to replace a metal sheet, clean my drip pan, and replace styrofoam from my previously failing evaporator coil—damaged components from an earlier leak. This should have been covered under warranty, as I had Gold Plan maintenance in March 2025 and renewed. “I contacted David Renault, the original salesperson, on 10/6/2024 via email and this supposed Michelle England on 10/27/2024 and as of 11/11/2024 I have heard ZERO and the unit runs 24/7 and does not cool the house down a single degree and the heater smells of mold. Very thorough, polite & professional. Cleaned up the area he was working in and removed all the debris and old parts.”
