They installed a Navien NPE-240A2 and paid attention to every detail, including proper isolation valves, a condensate neutralizer, and professional roof flashing for the new vent (they even painted the pipe to match my roof!). Tanner was honest and made sure I got the correct recirculation model for my large home, and the team stayed until the unit was fully tested to ensure we had hot water instantly. Staggs Plumbing was incredible - they replaced our entire system from cast iron to PVC in less than 3 days, with no cut corners and incredible attention to detail. Their prices were fair, communication was incredible, and they even took care of some dry wall replacement at no cost to us after the job was done.. we are so pleased and will for sure call Staggs anytime in the future!

A little behind on time but I understand. Arrived and started quickly with a routine tankless flush service. No issues with work and workers friendly. Will book for my next service a year from now as I was told they run a special on this service once a year and I happened to book during this time. Saved me so much money. Thank you.
