Excellent Service and Professional Workmanship! They did an outstanding job! They arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it quickly and offered pointers if it tears up again. They were respectful of my home, kept everything clean, and explained exactly what they were doing every step of the way. Just really down to earth guys they you can trust. Small local company that does not try to upsell you and you can just trust them on what they say. I highly recommend Southern Plumbing to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality plumbing service. These two Plumbers are great at their jobs & efficient. Especially the lead plumber, I think his name is Tom. Saved my leaky floors. Pleasant, hardworking & honest.Answered all my questions. The customer service clerk on the phone was great too. Thank you all!

Although the two Customer Service Representatives that I spoke with were helpful beyond measure, my plumbing was out of commission to the point that I couldn't use water in my home at all for four days. A service call had been submitted and accepted by Southern Plumbing and I was expecting Southern Plumbing to send a technician the same day. It wasn't until the day after the service call was submitted and accepted by Southern Plumbing that a technician was sent to my home. I was not able to use water in my home until the fourth day when Southern Plumbing finally sent someone to my home. Then, when they started the job, it took the technicians an hour to find the location of the issue considering there aren't very many entry points for the issue that I was having. I am very appreciative for them locating and correcting the issue, although, I am unhappy with the timeframe that it took them to get to my service call and to locate the issue.

The employees were helpful and made the process of ordering a toilet tank lid very easy. I have bought items from them both in person and online and they have been equally efficient either way.
