10/10 recommend Sound Rooter! We had a couple floor drains backing up in our business, and they were able to come at 11:00pm to get it fixed so we could open on time for business in the morning. The person on the phone and the guy who came out were both very professional, kind and easy to work with. We will use them again in the future!
Zach, Marcus and Chrystal were extremely respectful and reasonable. The work they did on my toilet and sink was efficient and stress free. I would recommend them to anyone looking for service from a local, family owned plumbing company.
I called Sound Rooter & Plumbing after I couldn’t get clear schedule information from my original contractor on a main sewer line repair. Sound Rooter & Plumbing responded very quickly and had the repair complete within 24 hours and within a similar cost as our original quote. Sound Rooter and Plumbing, LLC is a small business that cares about their customers. I have nothing but praise for the work donein my situation. I had a small water leak that was undiagnosed for a long period of time that caused extensive dry rot down to the subfloor and lower wall. With honesty and great customer service the repairs were made. Now that the work has been completed, you can hardly tell there was any damage done. I'm thankful for the time spent repairing my home.
