I had them replace my well pump after it failed. They were able to get out quickly. The office staff and the two guys that came out were professional and got the work done quickly. They clearly explained the work that was being done and answered all my questions. Would recommend.

Called this company to help with plumbing emergency. They responded quickly, professionally and very reasonably priced. They were very communicative and customer service was great. I spoke with Brittany and the tech that did the repairs and both were very helpful and kind. The cost was less than half of what we got quoted by another company. Highly recommend!

We lost our water abruptly after I changed out the inline filter on Thanksgiving day. No apparent reason. I had done some preliminary troubleshooting but finally concluded it was probably the well pump. I contacted John’s Plumbing and Pumps on Thanksgiving night assuming I’d be leaving a message. To my surprise Aaron answered my call. Who answers their phones on a holiday? He said he’d be out the next morning. Aaron arrived and confirmed the tests I had done earlier. He concluded it probably was the well pump and he replaced it. Still no water. After some discussion we concluded it might be a break in the supply line under the house. We found the break and Aaron repaired it. I was very pleased with Aaron’s knowledge and professionalism. When I need plumbing work done in the future I’ll be calling John’s.

John’s Plumbing is highly recommended from me to all my friends and family. Not only do they care for their customers by making sure they aren’t paying a hassle for their service, they are efficient in all the work they do and explain it step by step to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting or what’s going wrong. Gabriel was friendly, communicative, & very hard working! Will always recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services and will continue to give them my business!
