We just had a new boiler and hot water heater system installed. The crew (Kraig, Denis, Tyler, Anthony) was fantastic. They communicated daily with us about progress and paid attention to every detail. They made sure we understood the new system and left the work area cleaner than when they started. The whole process from original quote, to end, was simple. Great communication, workmanship, and a nice company to work with!

Called after hours on a Friday night after our furnace stopped working and the answering service was able to connect me with a tech in a timely manner. The tech arrived within 20 minutes and was able to troubleshoot the issue and get the furnace back working. I would like to thank Alejandro for his patience and kindness towards my mother and taking the time to explain things thoroughly. I was very happy with the service we received and would not hesitate to call Siemer's again.

On May 12, 2026, Carlos Manrique came out to service my HVAC system, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. Finding someone who is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and takes pride in their work is becoming increasingly rare these days. Carlos checked every box. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my system, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure all my questions were answered before he left. What I appreciate most is that Carlos never makes me feel pressured. He focuses on solving the problem, not selling unnecessary services. His workmanship is excellent, his attitude is professional, and he treats your home with respect. As a retired Army veteran, I value integrity, reliability, and attention to detail. Carlos consistently demonstrates all three. Whenever I need service on my AC or heating system, I request Carlos because I know the job will be done right the first time. Paul was very helpful when figuring out what I really needed to make my home more comfortable. He explained differences in systems, how things worked and gave me different options so that I could make an informed decision. I had had 2 other estimates and was told very different things by both. Everyone that worked on this 3 day job was great. They were totally respectful of my home and family, including the dog! Had new furnace and a/c installed, along with ductless mini splits in the upper level of my home. It seemed like a lot of money, but considering it was upgrading the existing systems, plus adding a totally new system to handle the second floor, I'm totally happy with the price. So far it seems like my home is more comfortable. Can't wait to see how the efficiency effects my utility bill!

When you have a plumbing emergency with a water heater flooding out condo units on a Sunday morning you need a company who will respond quickly...Siemer did. Customer service from the answering service to the technician was great. I called them at 7:30 am and Jack, the technician, was onsite by 8:30. That's what I call a quick response...great customer service all the way around. The work has now been completed and they did a fast and great job installing the unit on Monday at noon and they worked until it was totally completed, even after hours. Great company to work with.

Phil called to let me know he was on his way. Arrived when he said he would. We had a brief conversation about the concerns i had and tested my unit. He showed me what the issue was with the AC and that i would need a new one. We talked about different options and i told him i was looking at a heat pump. He proceeded to call to schedule a visit for a sale rep. Phil was very knowledgeable and gave confidence in what i needed. I already had a system in mind and Phil guided me through what would be best for my current situation. Thank you

Today was my scheduled air conditioner check up for the year. I had a 9 to 12 window, when the technician called and said he’d be here within 10 minutes he was. He was very quick and efficient checked; everything inside and outside. Once again their service was top-notch. Thanks Carlos and Seimer. I especially appreciate the email that comes with a picture of the technician so you know who to expect at your door. More businesses should do this, especially in today’s world.

We had a new furnace and central air installed by Denis, Kraig, and John. They were so professional and kept us informed on their progress. The most polite gentleman we have ever used to service our home. Denis, Kraig, and John are like a well oiled machine, work exceptionally well together and installation went very smoothly. We have been using Siemer for over 25 years and they have never disappointed us.

We have a series of service arrangements with Siemer. We signed up for the annual support on Plumbing, Heating and AC. Included for free in the Plumbing is an annual inspection which was just conducted by Dane Edmonds. He was everything you would ask for in a technician - Thorough, knowledgeable, clean, on-time, cheerful (it was early on a Monday). We are in good hands with Dane and Siemers.

Today, Technician Alejandro performed an excellent cleaning and check-up on my 2 furnaces. He checked everything and exceeded my expectations for this service. He was polite and was a great communicator. I totally understood how he analyzed our furnaces. I highly recommend Alejandro and Siemer for any heating and cooling needs.

I thoroughly enjoy the friendly professionalism of each of the technicians that I've had come to my home. Siemer has been doing A/C and Furnace work for some time and I've used them for years. Now, they expanded to plumbing and the same great service applies there as well. Can't recommend them highly enough.

John Koliavas and his crew of Dennis and Craig we very knowledgeable about the products being installed. They were also very professional in there installation and clean up.
