“I had a great experience with Service Champions. When I called, they were able to send Patrick out very quickly, which was incredibly convenient. He arrived the same day, diagnosed the problem with my water heater, and even went out to get the part that was needed. He came back and fixed everything the same day.”

“Not happy with the sales side of Service Champions. Originally we called in because our hot water heater was going out, and just wanted a simple replacement. They did an inspection, and upsold us saying the pipes were old and needed to be completely replaced. In reality we should have received a 2nd or even 3rd opinion as we learned from the install team the sales guy work off commission.”
