Absolutely the best service. Couldn't ask for David nor Austin to have been any more helpful.

Called and got a call back very soon and was able to come the next day. Showed up when they said they would. Wasn't sure if I had a septic tank issue or not and he gave a diagnostic check and advised it was my septic tank. I had a feeling that was what my issue might be but wanted to be sure. David Graham was very honest and professional in explaining it all to me. They are very reasonably priced. If I ever have any plumbing issue in the future I will definately call ServeStar Plumbing again. Was very pleased.

I got on the phone with someone really quick. I had an appointment made for the very next day. It was a holiday weekend and a Saturday so I wasn't expecting that. The person who made the house call was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed my plumbing issue and offered a solution that felt like a reasonable price given the labor spent and transportation to the store for parts. I was very satisfied and will use them again should I run into another issue. My card declined and they were nice about me having a "late" payment, even. This is a high recommendation based on my experience both for the work done and customer service.

Very disappointed and I’m just going to state the facts of what happened. First off said replacing the pipe connecting to the main was going to take 1 day and ended up taking 4 plus other days to cover. Then while covering the hole back up they left the yard with huge mounds and lots of big rocks on the ground then tried to cover it but we had to stop them because you could never cut the grass with those rocks and how not flat it was and the best part is when we said we would pay them the last part of the fee about 600 when they finished the yard, they got mad and the owner called the POLICE on us!!!! Yes at our own house they called the cops because we wouldn’t finish paying for a job that wasn’t finished…… mind you we already payed a few thousand this was just the remainder so they would actually finish it. Would recommend any other business!!!! And as of now still not resolved and our yard looks terrible.

Came to our house 5 times to try and fix a faucet. It would be fixed for a few hours and start leaking again. They never fixed the problem.

David from ServeStar just came to the house and looked at my water heater. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what it would take to repair it. He offered options and gave me time to consider the best option for me. I appreciate him very much - he did an outstanding job!

Fast and reliable with a great service team. It has been a pleasure to work with them
