Scott did a terrific job. Our house is 77 years old, and our pipes needed replacing in the worst way. Now everything is up to date and the crawlspace looks like new. Icing on the cake, he’s always there when he says he will be. The kind of people you want to business with.

I can’t say though good things about Scott. He’s honest and affordable and stands on his word. Nowadays clean business is hard to find… especially in a world where micro transactions and upcharges are out of control. He’s on time, communicates effectively and does incredible work. If you’re in the North Nashville/ Gallatin/Portland area I strongly urge you to call Scott for your plumbing needs. He brings the value back to a handshake and backs it with honest work and affordability. 10/10. He stands on his word. Can’t stress how important that is. I’ll never call anyone else.

Absolutely recommend Scott as he is our first call when it comes to anything concerning plumbing at our house. Today he installed a new kitchen faucet for us, and adjusted another fixture with no problem. We really appreciate his professionalism, communication, and efficiency/expertise in his work. Scott was very thorough with our new sink/plumbing install & home water filter install. When he first came to assess my vision for a new laundry room sink, Scott walked me through potential problems that might be found in the process and how he planned to navigate them; his attention to detail helped make the whole project go more smoothly and look more professional (more professional than I thought my wallet could afford) while only taking ~12 hours to complete all the work. From his care in cutting out an intact 1x8 foot section of drywall so it could be more easily patched back, his consideration for my ~39 weeks pregnant wife's sensitivity to the smell of glue & need for water, flexibility with our turbulent schedule with a newborn on the way, and help in finding additional components to make things work, Scott is a plumber you can count on to get the job done within the agreed budget even when unforseen complications arise. My wife particularly appreciated Scott tinkering with the sink and faucet to get them to appear level despite our crooked window. Many thanks Scott!

Had an excellent experience with Scott’s Plumbing today. I had a faucet that was dripping none stop and needed replaced. Also, a shower that was dripping and several toilets that over the last nine years had become hard to flush. Ricky Scott was great. He made recommendations and completed the work for less than I was expecting. He was super friendly and offered advice. We will be using him again soon for additional services and updated equipment.
