I spent hours with Scott doing a thorough exam of my main sewer line with their camera equipment.. We came up with two designs for replacement of the sewer line .My home is90 years old and the sewer lines were complicated. The planning paid off and all went well but was complicated. A combination of pipe busting and trench digging were used as well as a sump pump for the basement. The workers were very knowledgeable and kept us informed on the progress Phase 2 of project is now complete with lift pump installed in basement to allow floor drain and stationary tub to be pumped into the sanitary system. Scott did a great job very pleased with all the work that Chanel and Oelman dead.

I have had the pleasure of using Schneller Knochelmann for several services in my house. They helped maintain our old HVAC system beyond its lifetime, as well as installed our new system last year - during the massive snowstorm in 2025. When we had Freon issues during the summer due to limitations on tuning in the winter, they were incredibly responsive during the heatwave, helping protect and bring comfort to my pregnant wife and my family. When the company I chose struggled and turned what was supposed to be a 1-day install into a 14-day ordeal, Dylan kept checking in, offering advice, and showing me what true customer care looks like. The most impactful moment came when Dylan personally came to my home after the install was complete (by another company). He inspected the system, explained how it worked, and reassured me that the equipment was installed to a professional standard. That peace of mind was priceless after everything I had gone through. Dylan’s professionalism, clear communication, and willingness to help — even without earning the sale — made me wish I had chosen Schneller from the beginning. We had a complete new furnace and A/C installed with some challenging older house issues. Schneller & Knochelmann’s installers displayed a complete knowledge of how to properly design, fit, install, and tune the new system. They worked methodically and non-stop to complete the installation in one day, including challenging conditions on the outdoor A/C unit. The company’s planning process making sure the team had all the necessary parts, tools, kits, and protective floor covers from their central warehouse was outstanding. We’ve had various major house updates done in the past 15 years and nobody’s come close to S & K delivering exactly what was promised, on time, with no shortcuts. Would recommend them to anyone.
