I had a really great experience with royal oak plumbing throughout the entire process from getting my quote to completion of job. I had to pleasure if dealing with Jim, Troy, and Joe. I was given a very reasonable quote for the job after receiving several other unreasonable quotes. They honored their quote even after running into some unforseen issues. They were honest, polite, professional, knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about those guys. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

I hired Royal Oak Plumbing Company to replace and install a sewer injection pump in my home. From the first text message to the installation day, they were transparent and responsive. RO Plumbing has been out twice in the past 3 weeks to fix a blockage in our basement. We still have water backed up in our laundry room and basement shower- Joe insisted he's done his job and welcomed us to contact another company to do the job instead. With no camera offered, not sure how any company can properly diagnose or fix a blockage issue. They keep insisting it's a city issue when clearly, there is something internally not being addressed while my belongings and flooring continue to take the hit when this problem resurfaces. 3rd flood in 3 weeks after 2 visits from this company.

We’ve worked with ROP twice now and both experiences have been fantastic. The first time they fixed a problem in a fraction of the cost and time compared to another company. The other company couldn’t fix the issue and wanted to charge over $1000 in additional work. We called ROP shortly after and they were honest, much more reasonable in pricing, and fixed the issue in less than an hour. The second time working with them has been just as good. They called back quickly, came by within 15 minutes, knew the exact problem just from our description, gave us an upfront estimate, and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. The speed, care, and dedication to their work is above and beyond expectations and we will definitely contact them again for our future plumbing needs.
