Scott and Charles are professional and friendly. Their technical knowledge and work ethic is above and beyond my expectations. Price is fair. Would absolutely suggest them for any plumbing needs. Great job. God bless. Sgt Ro
Technician (Tim) was extremely thorough in diagnosing our water leak and providing an adequate solution. It was very interesting watching the entire process from start to finish. His knowledge was on full display during the removal and installation of the water lines. Most importantly, we enjoyed the engaging conversations over the course of his work. Definitely pleased with the overall outcome and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing help resulting from a broken water line.
STAY AWAY!!! This people won’t warranty their work and if they have to come back they will charge again and won’t perform the work. Charged me $800 for a toilet removal when the toilet wasn’t even touched and they don’t even have picture of that being done. See the picture of the toilet untouched. Store manager name Jerry questioned my statement that the technician was 15 min inside the house and 1 hour outside playing with his phone. DIDNT DO ANYTHING!!! This is so wrong!!! After your answer I wanted to edit my review… The management company have nothing to do with this I am the tenant who is paying the OUTRAGEOUS BILL that doesn’t reflect the actual work performed. I called nicely to try to resolve this issue in the best possible way and your manager answer was not right. He questioned my statement that the technician did not performed the work that I was charged for. BTW I asked for a picture of the toilet being removed and you guys don’t have it!! THAT IS A LIE!!! AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE !!!!
I had a minor leak (less than 5 sq inches of damaged drywall) and called rotorooters because they had come to fix the same leak 2 years prior. The plumber was very nice. However, when he entered my ceiling space to repair the leak he did something and then water began to pour into my ceiling below! He ran outside to shut my water off and informed me that the water shutoff was broken—weird because I had just shut my own water off a few weeks prior. I believed the paid professional and ran back inside to start putting towels on the floor. Water ran through my home for nearly an hour and completely flooded it. I later learned that the water shutoff was NOT broken- the plumber just did not know how to shut it off. I thought that was basic knowledge and was very shocked that the professional I paid $600 misinforms me and caused over $40,000 in damages. The water mitigation crew was extremely nice and hardworking. They mostly did a good job and were very professional. Andrew and Nate were especially great to work with. Even though I had a great experience with the two of them, I would not recommend Rotorooters. The plumber caused extreme damage to my home and the owner refused to take any responsibility, leaving me to cover $15,000 of damages out of pocket. He was a nice guy— but unfortunately lacks the integrity to pay for his employee’s mistakes.
Edit: I wanted to edit my review to add that the company called my husband after leaving this review (he couldn’t answer as we were at the pediatrician). They left a voicemail saying they would like to discuss the feedback I left so he promptly called back and the person he spoke to said they had non record of calling him regarding my review despite them having left a voicemail. Never called back again either! So weird and gets a D- for customer service. Worst experience ever. We had what ended up being a leak coming from our fridge line that was spurting up the wall inside the cabinet. When the plumber got here he did not want to listen to my husband about what was going on and kept being adamant that it was a roof leak (because he had noticed we were also dealing with that at the same time). My husband insisted the water only leaked out when it was turned on, but despite that the plumber still insisted it was the roof. He charged us over $400 for that. My husband asked if that was the best price and he replied “I only charged you for the first hour” (he had been in our home about 15 minutes at this point.) I should also add that $200ish of that was the weekend call out fee, which we did agree to, and I’m not complaining about that. My husband proceeded to pay the plumber and pointed out one last time that the leak was only active while the water was turned on. This finally got the plumbers attention and he (with my husbands help) identified that it was the fridge line. He offered no fix other than shutting off the water to the fridge and told us we’d have to call him back on a weekday for a fix. We obviously did not do that and fixed it ourselves. It was extremely disappointing to be met with poor attitude and laziness especially considering we were one day home from the hospital with our newborn son. This experience did not help our issue and cost us $400 that we really didn’t have to spend with a new baby.
