Store manager name Jerry questioned my statement that the technician was 15 min inside the house and 1 hour outside …”

They left a voicemail saying they would like to discuss the feedback I left so he promptly called back and the person he spoke to said they had non record of calling him regarding my review despite them having left a voicemail. Never called back again either! So …”
Positive
“Scott and Charles are professional and friendly. Their technical knowledge and work ethic is above and beyond my expectations. Price is fair. Would absolutely suggest them for any plumbing needs. Great job. God bless. Sgt Ro”
