Outstanding service – ask for Zak Jaber and Quentin! I cannot say enough good things about licensed plumbers Zak Jaber and Quentin from Roto-Rooter. They were truly an answered prayer. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous. They arrived on time, treated my property with care and quickly assess the issue. When an additional shower part was needed. They promptly went to pick it up and returned and no time at all. What impressed me the most was their efficiency and expertise even with obtaining the necessary part they completed the entire job in less than two hours. The workmanship was exceptional, and it was clear. They take great pride and what they do! Zak and Quentin are a tremendous team-Smart, hard-working, professional, and genuinely pleasant to work with. They made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. Had another local plumbing company come out to try to unclog my kitchen sink drain. After an hour, the plumber told me that I would have to have my granite countertops removed and my base cabinet pulled out so they could cut a hole in the wall to see where the plumbing goes. I decided to get a second opinion and called Roto-Rooter. Hunter was amazing within an hour he had the clog completely cleared. It’s now been two weeks and I still have not had any issues. Thank you Roto-Rooter/Hunter for saving me thousands and thousands of dollars and a lot of stress!!

Just wanted to share my experience, maybe this will help others. I woke up in the middle of the night, to a leak, in which I couldn't figure out where it was coming from, so I called my usual plumbing company, Roto-Rooter, in which the very next morning, a gentleman by the name of Derek D, came out to look at my issue. Within minutes, I knew it was a great visit, just based on his professionalism, and being a down-to-earth gentleman, that wasn't trying to bang me in the head with a bunch of nonsense!!! Within minutes, he was able to detect my issue, even went out of his way to find the part, and within an hour and a half, my issue was resolved!!! Thank you Derek and Roto-Rooter for such a wonderful job, without charging me an arm and a leg!!! Very reasonably priced, very speedy service, and overall a pleasurable experience!!! OUTSTANDING!!! Roto-Rooter truly came through for us after hours. Our technician, Kriston D., stayed until 1:00 AM to clear a clog in our sewer main. He handled the cleanout efficiently, made sure all of our questions were answered, and treated our home with care—cleaning up thoroughly once the work was complete. Kriston epitomized true professionalism and showed genuine empathy for our situation by ensuring we were satisfied with the work performed. He exemplifies and sets the standard for the kind of employee I would hire any day to work for me!!!! The next day, Tyrell H. came out and performed a camera inspection to confirm the line was clear. He also took the time to help us understand what was going on and explained the next steps thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend!

I called in around 6pm for a non-emergency service, just to get something scheduled the same week. The girl who answered the phone was amazing, very upbeat and professional. Then, within THIRTY minutes a tech showed up. Terry was absolutely incredible. Very through, kind, and efficient. He recommended a small repair. I really felt like he wasn’t trying to take advantage of us or just hit us with a big repair bill. I really felt good about the entire experience, and I will use this company again.
