Technician spent 20 minutes diagnosing the problem, charged me over $400 because he looked at 2 units. which was much more than quoted to me over the phone when I made the appointment. Technician should have been transparent when is signed the work order about waiving the 3 day cancelation. Like a dummy i signed because I misread and thought i had 3 days to cancel. He just said …”

“I contacted several plumbers to replace old galvanized pipe that had failed. No one wanted to go under the house, cut out the old and replace with new piping. Nick was willing and did a great job working in some very tight spaces. I've used A-1 American in the past and will use them again in the future.”

They did not require me to pay for their own diagnostic, like every ither service I called, and they were able to work with me on payments for the repair rather than try to get me to finance a new unit.
