Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing in Alpharetta. Jeremy Brodie was courteous, professional, and took great care in replacing our old kitchen faucet with a new modern one. He also installed a new garbage disposal and glass rinser, and everything turned out beautifully. Very happy with the results and would gladly recommend them and use them again.

Keith arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He quickly assessed the problem and efficiently made the plumbing repairs. He advised me on several issues where we plan to schedule additional work to avoid future problems. Great experience and a really nice guy!

Alex by far was one of the best plumbers I have ever worked with. He explained in detail exactly the high plumbing issue and provided every solution possible. He didn’t try to oversell me, but provided me with exactly what I needed. He even arrived at late hours in order to fix our plumbing and managed to do it with care. I appreciate all of his service and I would definitely reach out again if I ever had plenty of issues, God forbid.

At 9:30 at night I had a faucet stop working. It wouldn't shut off. Turning off the water to the whole house was not an option. A local plumber we use didn't answer my distress call. Roto Rooter and plumber Jeremiah to the rescue. He knew right away the two possible things it could be. He was fast, organized and clean. He even checked to make sure that turning the water off temporarily didn't mess my hot water heater up....it has in the past. My house is temperamental! My only suggestion it to have more emergency techs in more areas of GA so wait times are not so long. He arrived as fast as he could but was coming from an hour away. He also worked quickly and was very nice. We hope we don't need more after hour services or regular hour plumbing issues but if we do we are calling Roto Rooter again! Thank you Jeremiah. The two women I spoke to for customer service were also very professional and helpful. They all made a wet and late situation better! The app was easy to install but then didn't show the coupon that both customer service reps had told me about. So the app might need some help. Jeremiah again was great and said he could see I had the app and it was being glitchy so he honored the 55$ off. He rocks!

Greatly appreciated the overall process from scheduling to accomplishing the work. I was able to schedule a day in advance for a sewer line cleanout and inspection. The technician kept me updated about arrival time and came within the promised window. He discussed in detail what I wanted and what he could do and did everything that was discussed. After cleaning out the sewer line he ran a free video inspection to assess the repairs needed. At the end of the inspection, I was provided a written quote which was competitive with other quotes and again called me to discuss the details of the work to be done and answered all my questions. Very happy with the outcome.

The tech didn’t put new shoe guards when he came inside. He was using dirty ones. And also, the carpet was full of water after he left which is gross since it is toilet water. It also seemed like he was going to overcharge me at first. But when I said that I couldn’t afford that, he lowered the cost so that just seemed weird. I just think cost transparency increased trust. At the end of the day, he was able to get the toy the babies flushed out of the toilet. I would recommend but just make sure you explain the issue and ask for the price ahead of time. And ask if they have clean shoe guards before they enter your home.

Ryan from Roto-Rooter came out to replace our old garbage disposal and install a new one, and he did a great job. Everything was done smoothly, and the new disposal is working perfectly. We did have to thoroughly discuss pricing, but overall we were happy with how everything turned out. Ryan was super knowledgeable and took the time to point out a few other things we might want to get checked out, which we really appreciated. Overall, really solid service and we’d definitely recommend Ryan from Roto-Rooter!

Service tech Jeremiah did an excellent job! He was very courteous and professional with explaining the full details of all the components of my water heater installation. Roto-Rooter was able to provide a price match to fit my budget.. I am completely satisfied with the results and would highly recommend this company for any Plumbing...etc... related services. The water from our bathtub faucet would not turn off sufficiently no matter what we tried. Alex from Roto-Rooter came out, yesterday, and he was very nice and professional. He took the extra time to explain the problem in detail to me and my son, and answered any questions we had. He was transparent and fair about any costs that we incurred with this job. We are very satisfied with his work and professionalism and will ask for Alex next time we need a plumber!

I used Roto-Rooter to fix a small leak in my kitchen faucet last week. I was able to quickly get an appointment. Chris came out and was polite and professional. Although the problem was a little hard to diagnose, he offered a possible solution. We tried it and it seems to have fixed the problem. As I have used this company before for other issues, I am glad I called this for this leak. I would definitely hire them again.

Alex was wonderful! He was very friendly, explained everything he was doing, and got the job done efficiently. He even went out and bought the part we needed, to make sure the job was done the same day. It was greatly appreciated that he came out so quickly and fixed the issue with our toilet. The price was also very affordable! I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again and recommend Alex for anyone make an appointment.

Although repairman was late, when he arrived he was absolutely exceptional in diagnosis of the problem and gave me good, better, best scenarios for repairs to be made. He was also thorough and meticulous on testing that the fix was applied correctly. He cleaned up after himself and was a good communicator on the process.

Alex was knowledgeable and thorough. He explained all the things we'd try to give me the full picture and then when went to work. He kept me apprised of the progress and then reviewed everything when we completed the invoice. I hope to never need to see him again but in the event that I need services I would request him.

It's Sat afternoon and I'm one hour away from NFL Kickoff. Do I try and fix my leaking toilet myself or do I call Roto-Rooter? I made the call and Roto-Rooter sent Ryan. Ryan is not only my new best friend, but he's "TOP PLUMBER". When in doubt, call Roto-Rooter and if you're in the ATL area, ask for Ryan.

Alex was highly professional, respectful, quick and thorough. While our issue turned out to be appliance failure rather than plumbing related, he explained everything he checked and why he would recommend a new unit and save the fee of having an appliance tech come out to say the same thing.
