Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had an issue with our water heater and called around 5 different plumbers . Our water heater is one of a kind and all the plumbers we contacted either denied the job or recommended to replace the entire unit . Later on we found out they were speaking out of inexperience/ignorance in working with our kind of unit. Kriston from Roto Rooter came out and in 1 hr fixed our problem. He was extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He saved us from having to replace the entire unit . We definitely saved his number for the future and will recommend him with any one having water heater problems

Called Roto-Rooter because of their strong reputation to fix a drip at my mom’s older home. The technician was polite and purchased parts during the visit that were charged to us. After the repair, the hot water handle spun completely around with no stop and the stem was crooked. A second technician later told us the threads had been stripped, and we even had to involve the city when the main shutoff valve at the road was found loosened and flooded. While everyone was polite, the repair created additional issues and required outside help to resolve. Very disappointed in the overall quality of the work.

The technician Wayne was very professional from his up front estimation explaining what needed to be done to get the water heater up to code, to the Quality of his workmanship. Stayed to make sure everything works properly including that the furnace turned back on after having the gas off. I am very pleased with the service I received today, Thanks Wayne.
