Wow what amazing service! We had a group of guys from Roto Rooter come out. Brandon was quick and efficient digging the area. George was quick and efficient with jetting the line. Matt did an amazing job bouncing around helping everyone. Mike was also great taking his time to make sure all the fittings were tight and in the proper space. They were all super respectful of the property even putting on booties to enter the house. Everyone was in great spirits and took the time to break everything down and explain certain terminology.

Cy came to my mom’s house. She had been experiencing repeated flooding in her basement. Upon mopping the floor the water mixed with cat litter and she was dumping the water down her laundry tub drain. Long story short she managed to not only clog up her drain she couldn’t wash clothes or use her kitchen sink. When 2 plumbers failed to show we called roto-rooters. Cy showed up on time did a full inspection. He than walked me through everything he was going to do and took the time to explain it to me. He ended up replacing the sump pump, injector pump, routed out the sink pipes and the floor drain. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made me feel at ease and very trustworthy. He was quick and efficient and after he completed the job he walked me through it and explained what he had done. And the best part of it all was it only took a couple hours and he gave us a discount on price. Thank you Cy!! We appreciate you, your honesty and your hard work.

Team number 5281. I give these guys 5 stars!!! They went way beyond what I could I expected. If I need work done in the future I will for sure request them. As you can see they even cut the old floor out and put in new supports to even it out before putting in the water heater.
