We had our garbage disposal go out suddenly and start leaking. We called on Saturday at around Noon, and our tech, Terry came out ASAP. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and went to get a new disposal for us. He installed it fast! He was extremely nice and very personable. I'd highly recommend and would use them for future services. Thanks!

Travis did a great job. He arrived well within the time frame, he diagnosed the problem, and then gave a clear explanation of how to fix it. He was very upfront about the pricing and what needed to be done. He was personable, approachable, and easy to work with. Very friendly and caring. I appreciate his expertise and hard work. After he finished with the emergency in the bathroom, he installed a new kitchen sink. The job took all day and involved back-up help and several trips to Home Depot. Travis stuck with it and worked hard. Everything looks great and works perfectly. Thank you, Travis.

Christian consistently makes a stellar impression from the moment he arrives. He is punctual, friendly, and always introduces himself before getting to work. He has earned our complete confidence to the point that we trust him to work unsupervised, which speaks volumes about his integrity and professionalism. Over the past few months, Christian has navigated us through several complex issues, including a sump pump failure. His approach is both strategic and highly technical. While waiting for parts to arrive, he expertly locked down the affected systems and installed new lines to ensure we remained functional with minimal disruption. He takes the time to explain the "why" behind an issue in plain English and lays out all available options and recommendations without any pressure. Christian returned to install the new parts the moment they arrived, ensuring everything was back to peak performance. It is rare to find a technician who combines high-level technical skill with such genuine care for his clients. While we hope we won’t need a plumber anytime soon, we know exactly who we are calling if we do. Highly recommended.

Buyer beware. I just want to say that all of the techs and plumers that came to my house were awesome. But the reason for the one star of if i could no stars. Is the managers of the columbus location. I had one of the managers call me a liar in front of the General manager. And when i ask about why my bill was the same after they did not do all of what they could do. I was told well we if you would like i can bill you for something else we did. And don't bother getting ahold of corporate. They just forward it on to the very managers i have a problem with and have them call. And when they do call the say i was wrong about everything that was said and i was mistaken because i was upset. I am glad that dropping almost 4 thousand with them that they don't question a bill. So if your having work done by them just be ready for promise they can't keep because they don't have the equipment or long hours of waiting even though they will tell you they are on the way multiple times.

My technician was incredible and got the job done, he gets 5 stars. The company itself 3 for the following reasons- this company said that they could come out the same night but after three hours called and said it’s not possible which was fine. I let them know that I was available either early in the morning or later in the day the next day and they kept trying to come at the same mid afternoon spot. They called me two different times the next day trying to come at the same 10 to 2 spot that I said I wasn’t available at. For what I got done I feel like it was significantly overpriced, but they know that you’re not going to say no because you need to get it done so I feel like the company takes advantage of you in a vulnerable time. If they listened more to customers and had more reasonable rates I would be more likely to change my opinion. For reference a simple job, 30 minutes of time at my house for $500.

The technicians that finally showed up saved the rating. Their offsite call center is among the worst. They quoted me a tech would arrive in 2 hours at 9am on Thursday. I called again at 1pm and they couldn’t tell me anything other than they were behind due to high volume of calls which I understood because of the rain storm. The problem arose when I called again at 7pm and she told me the tech assigned to me was off at 6pm and no one was coming. I had to call for that info. That should have been a phone call to me. Robert finally arrived at noon the following day and quickly addressed the problem. Quoted me a price that was pretty high based on reviews I’ve read from other companies. I was fine with paying because he was there and had the parts ready and we’re expected to get rain again soon. Robert and his partner did a great and timely job.

We were extremely pleased with the service that we received from Roto-Rooter’s technicians, Anthony and Kyle, at our home recently. They were excellent! They were confident, professional and knowledgeable. They assessed the issue correctly, and, repaired it promptly. They were respectful to us, and, our home. Also, we were very impressed with the initial call to customer service operators. They were friendly, polite and kind. It is very nice to deal with a company that hires great employees, considerate to their customers and has integrity. Their service fee was fair, too. We truly appreciated everything. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter for your home repairs.

This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had as a customer. The lack of transparency and communication started out as just frustrating, but the constant attempts to push baseless change orders for more money and the inability to complete agreed-upon services have become completely unacceptable. Promised visits by technicians have repeatedly been missed and the company refuses to remove their equipment from my home despite repeated requests. Based on my experience I would strongly urge you to never call Roto Rooter for any services whatsoever.

Roto-Rooter has been nothing short of amazing! Second to none! They have extraordinary hospitality and I am just so grateful for all of their people. I have a leak and Dave was just so diligent and found the leak and did great work fixing it. Matthew from the water mitigation team is superb! These gentleman can teach a masterclass on hospitality and caring for people in need. This may be an everyday situation for them, but for me it was a crisis I needed to handle. Anthony and Kyle showed up on a holiday weekend to troubleshoot why my sump was running and water backing up the downspouts. They sent in the water hose and camera and discovered my shrub had pushed roots through the pipe to the street and caused a blockage. They were able to get the water flowing again but advised me I will need a follow up to get that pipe fixed. I was pleased to see a prompt resolution to ease my concerns of water flooding my basement for the time being. And to know the extent of the issue.

I truly trust their work. Before this, I had my pipes repaired twice by another company, but unfortunately the problems were never properly fixed and I felt very frustrated. Since Roto-Rooter is a large and professional company, a senior technician supervised the work and made sure everything was done correctly and in the proper order. Thanks to their careful work, I passed the city inspection without any issues. I really appreciate their professionalism and would highly recommend them.

Tank heater went out and my efforts to get the pilot light worked, but I couldn’t get the sensor to flash to engage the gas, Called Roto-Rooter and a technician, Jacob, was on site in less than 30 minutes. He went downstairs and all he had to do was hit the reset button and got it working. Took about 20 seconds and he did not charge me, excellent customer service, and response time I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and their technician Jacob in the future.

Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with! He understood exactly how our old system worked and what needed to be done, and explained what was happening when water was coming back up and flooding our old basement during this heavy rain. He then made sure to thoroughly clean the drain so that it will properly drain and not backup into the basement! Definitely appreciate of Jacob's work!

I thought I had an emergency with my water heater leaking and called Roto-Rooter. Bobby G came out within an hour of calling for an appointment and was able to diagnose the issue and he provided guidance to prevent further issues. His promptness and professionalism was unmatched! I would 100% recommend Bobby G as a service technician and I will be using Roto-Rooter in the future for any further issues.
