Plumbing technician Raven H. was very professional & outstanding. Raven was assigned to arrive at my home to replace a water pipe which erupted due to unstable weather conditions. Due to his craft, Raven replaced the water pipe with accuracy and diligence. Raven H., Thank you for your support & service. May you continue making a difference.

We had a plumbing emergency in the evening. I contacted Roto-Rooter to see if we could get a technician to come that same day. The staff got us on the schedule that evening and kept us updated on when the technician would arrive. Earl, our technician, was efficient and quickly completed the work to our satisfaction. Hopefully we don’t have another emergency 😅 but if we do, we know who to call!

Earl was quick and honest with his free review and went to make a run at the local Home Depot to make sure his part of the job got done the same day once I confirmed the work. Gave me some good advice and was thorough with his work. Thanks again Earl and hopefully this fixes any potential leaks.

We had Michael Kress come today to inspect our pipes following multiple/reoccurring issues. He was personable, professional, and a joy to work with! We are so grateful for his patience & dedication to helping our family!
