Absolutely AMAZING experience with Rooterman! Andrew, Brett, Vincent, and Dennis worked incredibly hard to solve a very stressful plumbing/septic issue for me, and I truly cannot thank them enough. They were professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. A huge thank you as well to Lauren on dispatch for her outstanding customer service and communication throughout the entire process. She was kind, responsive, reassuring, and made everything so much easier during a stressful situation. What impressed me the most was the honesty and integrity of this company. Quick, efficient, and clean work. Contracted Rooter-Man to pump my septic tank. Once they reached my tank they found the lid to my tank was broken. Discussed my options and with the pending weather and having dogs that have to use that part of the yard I couldn’t risk leaving a hole that size open in my yard for two days until I could install a riser myself. They brought in additional manpower and got the riser installed in a very short period of time. Looking back they saved my back and did it a lot quicker and better than I ever would have. They did a great job filling the dirt back in and tamping it down. Not an expense I expected to deal with today, but overall very pleased with the work that was done and very pleased with the Andy and the rest of the crew that did the work.

We just had our routine septic pumping and are extremely pleased with the service provided by Rooter Man. The appointment was right on time and the technician was ready to go! The septic technician, Andrew was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered our questions and provided helpful information on continuing to maintain the septic system. We had Rooter Man come out to do a septic tank clean out for us. The technician’s that arrived were Austin and Daniel. They were wonderful. They were both very polite. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions pertaining to septic system. I would highly recommend Rooter Man and certainly if you get Austin or Daniel you’ll be very well taken care of.
