I can’t say enough great things about Rodenhiser! We needed help with a few kitchen faucet issues, and they absolutely delivered. From the moment we called, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Corrine arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problems, and explained everything clearly before getting started. They fixed multiple faucet issues efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The quality of work was excellent, and they left the kitchen spotless. Honest pricing, top-notch service, and true professionalism. If you need plumbing work done — especially kitchen faucet repairs — this is the company to call. Highly recommend!
Rodenhiser sent us very skilled, personable, helpful plumbers for the replacement of our old hot water heater. We are very pleased with the job they did and with the attitude they conveyed of partnership. Corinne and Josh did a good job explaining what they were doing. Where warranted, they explained the ramifications of choices we had to make and associated cost. This was our first time using Rodenhiser and we are fans. I am checking "overpriced" but that is because I think everyone is overpriced. There are not enough plumbers and it shows in everyone's pricing. I will say, though, that Rodenhiser was not the highest priced of the four quotes we got.
We woke up Monday morning to frozen pipes in our kitchen on Monday, December 29, 2025. Frantic, we searched the internet for a reputable plumbing company. We immediately came across Rodenhiser Home Services. After receiving an appointment the same day we were greeted by Brendan O’Malley. He arrived in his truck professionally prepared to get the job done. He carefully explained the job needed and what steps he would take to complete the job. After assessing the job and handing me the quote he immediately began the task at hand. As I patiently waited for him to finish the project he took care in answering any and all questions I had. He explained everything in detail even to the point of showing me the foundation problem areas. I must say Brendan is an asset to Rodenhiser! Without his expertise and professionalism this holiday season would have been a disaster! Thank you for your wonderful workmanship and dedication! My family and I thank you and will pass you and your company along to those that are looking for the expertise we experienced in your hands! As I told you, you are what a TRUE human being is supposed to be! Never did you treat us a $ grab! You treated us with respect, dignity and we are Blessed to have had you to service our home. I could not be more disappointed in their work installing my HVAC system. I worked with Rick to define the plan, the pricing was higher but he assured me that it would be fast and seamless. It has been anything but. It has been over a month and I’ve still not heard back about them finishing. They were supposed to take two days and instead tool three then had to come back three times with no resolution still. They are not communicative, extremely messy, do not listen to the homeowner, and if you aren’t an HVAC installer yourself directing their every move expect maybe 50% of what is supposed to work to work. The temp varies +\- 6 degrees after them “fixing it” 3x. The attic unit is in the completely wrong place. The inspection still hasn’t taken place. The outlet for the air purifier was installed wrong and after 3x tries to fix it and they just bold face lied to me and said it was working but isn’t. To add insult to injury, they left trash buried in the attic insulation. There’s more but I cannot stomach continuing because of the absolute absurdity. DON’T HIRE THEIR HVAC TEAM. I cancelled the 10 year warrantee I was going to do with them and the over $100k worth of other projects. August 2025 Update: While the company posted a response here, they did not respond to the 93A demand letter I sent via certified mail and email within the 30-day legal window. Since posting my initial review, I have obtained a professional assessment stating that: • The attic system was installed backwards. • The purifier was installed contrary to manufacturer instructions. • A sharpie arrow was drawn on the unit in the opposite direction of the manufacturer’s indicated airflow. • The metal contact plates on the air purifier were bent. • The thermostat was placed in a suboptimal location for comfort settings. • Critical components on the branch box were not activated. I had to request the town complete the electrical inspection, but the mechanical inspection remains incomplete, the system warranties have not been submitted, and my MassSave rebate is on hold. A repair estimate from another contractor places necessary corrections at $25,550. Since I'll need to use another contractor, that will need to be out of pocket as I will lose eligibility for MassSave’s 8-year 0% financing for the balance. The company has sent my account to a debt collection attorney without a prior written or verbal request for the balance and filed a mechanic’s lien on my home. Again, based on my experience, I would not recommend hiring this company.
I am incredibly grateful for the awesome service I received from Donquor at Rodenhiser. In addition to responding quickly to the emergency call I had placed, Donquor did such an amazing job repairing the pinhole leak in one of my baseboard heating pipes. He even captured before-and-after photos for me to submit to my insurance company and was so unbelievably kind. I couldn't be any more satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend Donquor and everyone at Rodenhiser!
