Kenny came out for an outdoor leak at my mother-in-law's. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge, respectful professionalism & his ability to explain the problem as well as the solution to my mother-in-law and I! We would proudly highly recommend Robinson & Son Plumbing.

Kenny came to our residence and repaired a couple of items. He was efficient and explained what he had to do. He took care of the problems and the bill was reasonable. He called before the scheduled time and got it done earlier than we had expected.

Had a shower installed today. They did a great job. They called to ask if they could come 30 minutes early. The two plumbers were professional, did good work, and cleaned up the worksite after they finished. Highly recommend them.

Receptionist was rude and the services are outdated.

I took off work 2 hours early because these guys were supposed to be at my house at 3. 3:30 rolled around and no one had arrived or called. This lead to me having to call and check every 20ish minutes (and they close at 4) to see if anyone would be coming to my house. The operators I talked to kept reassuring me a technician would call. I finally gave up around 7pm. I avsolutely 100% would not reccomend this company. They cost me two hours of work with nothing to show for it. Inexcusable!

I used them originally at my place of business and they were fast and did great work. So I recommended them to a friend of mine for some work to be done on her home. I even had planned on having this company do more larger work for the business but due to the following I'm changing my mind. My friend has waited over 4 weeks for them to come do some minor new laundry room plumbing install. First time they rescheduled, second time they never showed up, third time they came and left to get other parts but never came back then said they would be back today at 8 am and now it's almost 9 and not even a call. Yesterday they stated her home would be first on the list at 8 AM they came at 1 PM. She even had to call them. The lady who answered the phone said they were hung up on another job. Ummm but she was supposed to be first that day. If they don't show up today she's never going to use them again and nor will I at my business. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE/SERVICE. Kenny I believe is the tech.

These guys came out to find an illusive water leak. Ended up needing a bunch of if not most of my water lines changed. The Pex they put in looks and operates much better then the old galvanized pipe they took out. Before Leaving they checked my water meter and it showed for the first time in a long time that no water was running. I'm very thankful for them. They came out quickly did the job professionally and left my house looking and working better then when they arrived. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Called Robinson and son. They understood my issues and got me on the schedule. Not only did Kenny call to tell me he was on the way, he let me know he was caught in construction traffic and when he was rolling again. Kenny and Brandon were friendly, efficient, and knew what they were doing. In less than an hour all my problems were gone. I always call Robinson and son when I have a problem and never need to them to make a second visit. It's right the first time. I highly recommend them and Kenny and Brandon.

Have used Robinson and Son to repair plumbing at our 64-year old house in St.Albans several times before, and they have always been professional and efficient. Most recently Kenny and apprentice discovered leak in unused bathroom toilet that I couldn't even hear, which will save me a bundle on water bill. And they did not even charge me, which was epic! I would recommend this company for all of your residential plumbing needs.

Been without water for over 48 hours when we called Robinson and Sons. Well, guy showed up at the house then went to town to get parts. While up town, he got an "emergency call" to go to Leon to shut off a hot water tank and never showed back up at our house. These people lie multiple times and do not care about their customers.... Called the main office to see if someone else could come, but they were just too busy 😒

I can't attest for their quality of their work, but I had them come for an estimate on an half hour job and the quoted me 1,200 dollars stating that it would take 2 people, at $125 an hour, 5 hours to complete. I decided to go with someone else who literally took 45 minutes by himself to fo the job. Gave 2 stars because i felt the quote i received was dishonest.

Robinson & Son had to come in to fix a terrible plumbing job done by a previous contractor. They ran into more problems than originally estimated, so of course, the cost was higher than expected BUT we knew that could happen. They came when they said they would, got the job done and we were very pleased.

Needed an estimate on repairs from my inspection report and Kenny came out and looked everything over and gave my a estimate. Once I purchased the home Kenny came back out and repair everything. Really nice and professional guy and he explained everything. I would use Robinson and Sons again.

I am grateful that there are people that "help" you and just not work for you. I had a need and got same day service. Jason went over and above to make sure my vast problem was corrected immediately. I highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again if there's a need.

Great people, 2 nice guys came to my house today very polite. They got the job done quickly an the price was very reasonable. I will use them again. For any plumbing needs
